Our bus driver, Bob, did a great job getting our group of 35 people to 4 different locations! He was very friendly & had a great personality! The cost was very affordable especially for large groups. I definitely would recommend using First Charter for your next event!

Would have preferred communication the day of to finalize plans. Shuttle arrived to pick-up location twenty minutes late so our wedding ceremony had to start later. At end of night, the last shuttle back to hotel was also 20 minutes late and there was no communication about this. Many guests purchased Ubers to get back to hotel because we thought the last shuttle wasn’t arriving. For the price we paid, we were disappointed with this portion of the service. Otherwise the shuttle operated well for our guests once it arrived.

I had a great experience with the first charter bus rental company for a concert on June 25th. The driver was nice and patient with everyone and we had no problems on the bus ride there or back.

The bus was right on time and the driver was awesome!

The bus never returned for our late night shuttle. When we called the dispatch they said they had been there and left because no one was outside- but there were multiple people outside at the agreed upon time. To double check, we had our venue check their cameras and no busses arrived at that time. It took over an hour for them to send another bus. My husband has been trying to contact the company to speak with them about this matter for four days and no one has returned our multiple calls.

The bus driver was very nice but...she was not given the correct pickup instructions and our ceremony was delayed. Which in turn made our cocktail hour, dinner and dancing delayed! I am very disappointed! After many phone calls to confirm our needs they still screwed it up! Not sure I could hire this company again!

The driver was friendly, personable and provided exceptional service for our Fraternity’s Formal. All of our attendees were highly impressed by the bus service provided by First Student Charter and we will certainly use them again for events in the future!
