The buses were one hour late. Second bus never arrived. Had to have my party go to the event on their car. I’m still waiting to hear back from management as they said theres an ongoing case. Its been a week and they havent called back.

The driver was on time, courteous, he communicated well and drove safely. I left my bag on the bus, and because he had given me his phone number, I was able to call him. He was nice enough to pull over and look for my bag. When he didn't find it, he asked if I wanted him to come back and let me look. I was so grateful because this bag had all of my content for my youtube channel in it. He came back and I was able to find my bag. Although the price was the highest Ive paid for a bus while being a coordinator, the service was excellent.

Didn't like the fact that they are very unclear on all the rules and regulations of the company. They were very rude. When I had to cancel even though I told her that I read the cancellation policy she continue to tell me that there was a fee. I had to tell her that I read it and understood the policy. I don't need to repeat my understanding of rules several times. It was an unpleasant experience and hopefully will not have to order a charter through your company again.

I booked a bus for a Christmas bar crawl. First Charter made it easy to get a quote and book. Our driver, Andy, was punctual, helpful, and friendly throughout our entire day. They weren't the cheapest quote but the customer service, quick response, and easy payment process were worth the extra.

The bus was on time picking and dropping us off. Driver made the 1:30 hr drive a smooth one. She was great in answering all my questions. Thank you

Bridget in the Reservation Dept is AMAZING !!! I emailed in a reservation, and Bridget called me to confirm my plans, but even more impressive was she actually called the service provider location before our conversation, so I was able to get a confirmation during my conversation with Bridget. She was thorough, accurate, friendly, and efficient. I'm glad that she was available to help me!

Per trip #00065717, the bus was supposed to arrive at 8:00 AM on Feb 10. At 8:10, we heard from the group sponsor that the bus hadn't arrived. Both the sponsor and ICO rep placed literally dozens of calls to First Student to find out what was going on and got no responses. At 8:30 someone answered and said she'd "look into it." At 8:43, a call was received that they'd found a bus but it wouldn't be there until 9:30 AM; it didn't arrive until 9:47 AM. By the time the bus got to our meet up point, Starved Rock State Park, it was almost noon and so almost half of our planned outing was out the door despite the fact we'd obviously paid the full amount. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is that the driver who did arrive did a great job. I will be calling the office Monday morning and will be expecting that we get half of our payment refunded.

Great company to work with. They have always helped Special Olympics Chicago out, especially with the ADA bus shortage.

We had a last minute request and First Charter was able to deliver! I appreciate the professionalism and the willingness to accommodate, especially under short notice and especially with the shortages in busses.
