Bus arrived early, driver was more than courteous, bus was clean and warm.

The drivers were on time and professional. I will use your company in the future.

We confirmed a shuttle service through this company. The buses failed to show on time and failed to actually shuttle. There was only one trip of pick up to drop off, they never went back for our second group. The group they did manage to take to the venue, they took the longest way possible. A 15 minute drive turned into 45 minutes. We were late to the venue by an hour when I rented the venue by the hour. They also failed to show on time for our pick up from the venue to be brought back home. At this point we had our guests uber to the venue and back because the buses were so unreliable. I also received a lot of negative attitude from the bus driver herself after I tried to explain to her the liability issue she had placed on us and how unacceptable this experience was. She claimed I should have told her what to do when in reality I had paper work confirming my trip itinerary that she should have been provided from the company and followed without a reminder from me. Costumer service was way below par and our event was ruined based on the fact that half of our guests never made it to our event. I should not have to pay full price for this experience, I am already out an extreme amount of money. This service is not worth the pay!!!

The time i request for my bus was 11:30am and the bus showed up at 9:15. The quote confirmation they sent also had the 9:15am and was overlooked. I hope that I will not be charged extra for this!!!

So pleased with the bus service. There was a a mishap where our driver got lost on her way to pick us up on Friday, but she was so kind to us and apologetic. It turned out to be no problem at all. We were so pleased with how well she took care of us. I believe her name was Mel and she was excellent!

Showed up on time for both pick up and drop off. The driver was very courteous and polite. Bus was clean and maintained. Would recommend them again.

It was a good drive! The bus was clean, the driver was nice and the price was decent. Except the $100 fee just to bring alcohol, I can understand that if it was a longer drive but we didn’t have it for that long.

I really enjoyed the experience. Pre planning was easy, driver was great. No complaints.

Will never use this bus consonant again! Hour and half late to the event for pick up. Said they had no buses for us the day of the event. Had to call on repeat to get some transportation. Would give no stars if I could. Only positive is that our bus driver apologized.
