Driver didn't put in correct address for one of the stops and needed assistance to get to several other ones, but great pricing and communication prior to the day.

My experience with the customer service was great and they were very quick and helpful, however, the service provided by the bus driver was terrible! We rented the bus for our wedding and had 2 departures from the hotel to the venue. The bus driver did not seem to know what the timing was and left late then didn't know he had to go back for a second round delaying our wedding. Then on the return there was to be shuttle at 9, 10 and 11pm which I had even called the day before to update adding a 10pm bus and the bus driver again did not seem to have a clue on when to leave. He completely missed the 9pm bus and it wasn't until 10:10pm that I noticed they hadn't come and gone yet. I had to run to the end of the drive way (because the bus driver said he could not drive up to the entrance) in my wedding dress to knock on the door. I ask him if he was not going to pull up to the entrance, which seemed very doable in my opinion, and told him that this bus needed to leave 10 minutes ago. This obviously delayed us getting back. The bus driver should have called and confirmed timing after his first mistake. It would have been much more professional to not only know your timing, but to own your position and notify the coordinator that it is time to start the rounds on the bus. Overall very unsatisfied with the experience provided.

The two bus drivers that we had for our event were the ultimate professionals. They were kind and considerate and knew exactly what they were doing. Could not have been more pleased. I highly recommend them both.

First Choice was picking up for 2 different weddings at the hotel. The bus for our wedding assumed the other bus was for our wedding so he just drove through the parking lot, never stopped to pick up our guests.

Several calls later it was resolved but not until the wedding had been delayed for 25 minutes.
