The driver was friendly and did a good job driving us to and from the farm.

I thought the price was high. We had a class from our school go to Skokie last week and they paid $205. I realize we had 3 buses, but $1147.00 is way high to go to Schuamburg for the same amount of time.

We had a hard time finding the bus after the game. The 3 buses were not together, not even in the same parking lot.

The bus was a half an hour late picking our children up with out any notification or phone call. Then, they were one hour and 35 minutes late picking our children up from the outdoor fieldtrip, again with no notification or call. I called the company 4 times and each time was told the bus was a few minutes away. This is completely unacceptable!

2 of our 3 charters did not arrive on time, it was very difficult to contact the dispatch office to get updates, and we were offered no discounts or refunds for our inconvenience.

Our bus driver was great with our students. He was prompt, pointed out fun things to the students, and answered all of their questions.

Used First Charter Bus Rental for a church group. After leaving a phone message to make a reservation, I was contacted within the hour. The representative was professional and thorough about the entire process. Our bus arrived on time and the driver was also professional. Our safety was her priority as well as considering the best drop off/pick up spots for the elderly people onboard. Everything was great from start to finish. Would use them again.

Vanessa was FANTASTIC. EARLY for each trip, very personable and liked by the passengers. June not so much. Not good that June left for a Zoom call right in the middle of the shuttle from Impulse Field to the hotel.

Our bus arrived early and was so kind and patient with our young students! The driver even helped to buckle the children in their seats. We truly appreciate the courtesy and professionalism of our driver!

The driver didn't show up for the 10:30 pm drive back to the hotel.
Multiple people had to Uber back to the hotel.
The bus was found in the back of the lot with the driver asleep.
He took the few remaining people back at that time and then was late for the 11:30 pm pick up.
We would not recommend your service based on his performance.
