Excellent Service from First Charter
The two drivers who came to our event were kind, professional and funny! They seemed to have fun along with the people on the bus. It is a fun filled family event, and the drivers joined right in with their wonderful personalities. If anything went awry, they handled it with grace and a smile. They were wonderful!

Our driver was great! She drove through the sudden Cleveland snow - but the bus did not have good antifreeze/air for the windshield so she had to keep wiping the glass in front of her with a napkin while driving in order to see. We use this service weekly with a different driver, and she is always friendly, knowledgable, and reliable.

Wedding Day Transportation - EXCELLENT SERVICE
We got married on September 10th in Perry, Ohio and used First Student. Our driver, Asia, was amazing and very accommodating. Asia was early to the pick up location and had a very clean bus.
At the end of night, Asia was super helpful in ensuring we had everyone before she left. I would recommend using First Student and ask for Asia!

Excellent!!! Best drivers EVER!!!!!
Excellent!!!! Our drivers were professional, sweet and kind to all of our residents going to our Heritage Days Event. I can't say enough about them. Our booking was smooth and we pulled off a great day. This is our third time using First Charter and we will definitely be calling again.

First Charter Bus Rental was excellent. They were able to help us out with a very last-minute transportation request for our wedding. The driver was punctual and friendly, and the bus was clean and air-conditioned. Having a school bus for our wedding transportation was a hit with our guests!
