The driver showed up on time, the bus was clean and we arrived at our destination on time. The driver was pleasant and drove safely. Traffic was heavy on our return and she maintained a great attitude.

The Glenwood location has always done an amazing job for Calvary. Kim is always very polite over the phone and Sarah has always been one of our favorite drivers. They are also on time and do a great job of getting us to and from our destination. Thanks so much Glenwood location!!

Had a confirmed bus trip confirmation for Jan. 2 for a camp at the H-F Park District; called Dec. 30 to double check everything was in order (sounded like it was). However, on the day of the trip, the bus never showed up. After several calls to dispatch and me providing the trip confirmation number, dispatch was able to get a bus driver out 30 minutes after the expected arrival. This situation came across as the company misplaced my trip confirmation because customer service was unaware of the field trip.

The charter bus left before I (the bride) actually got on the bus. I was running behind the 11:15 pick up time due to having clean up the hall more than I anticipated. I appreciate that the bus came back with no problems and got the second group of people. Our bus driver was extremely professional and accommodating.

I am very disappointed that our trip was cancelled because Nicole said that she never received our purchase order by 3:30 P. M. yesterday. I spoke to her on Monday. I told her that we would be paying with a school check. She said that I would have overnight it. I explained that I was not going to do that and that I would do a po. She stated that I had until the end of the day yesterday to submit the po. The po was generated. However, Nicole cancelled our trip because she said that she didn't physcially have the po in her possession. I have used First Student numerous time. In fact, we just used them yesterday, and I have never given anyone anything, and I've never had an issue. The communication between Nicole and I was not good. She claims that I interrupted her while she talking. It was necessary for me to do that because she continued to talk. I didn't have time to listen to her regurgitate her script to me. I needed a bus. Eventually, she said she try to find us another bus but another form of payment would be needed. I had tried to explain to her that I would pay with her a credit card, but of course she was overtalking me so she missed that part. We were placed on hold, and eventually she hung up on us, or we were disconnected. Either way, our students trips was cancelled because we were not able to secure other buses as they were full, and I am very disappointed. At this point, I will not be using First Student again, and I will be sharing my experience with my colleagues.

Our bus was supposed to be here between 845 and 9 for. 9 departure time. I was on hold for 20 minwith dipatch(who was very nice) we arrived late to our destination and therefore missed out on the presentation that we had already paid for. It was overall a terrible experience for the children to be waiting over 30 min in there winter gear and then missing the best part of their field trip.

We had a good experience overall. I would just say that the bus should be here a few minutes prior to the leaving time. The driver was kind and helpful. He was great!
