Tammy communicated well and frequently. Buses arrived right on time (even a bit early). The drivers were on top of the schedule. The buses were in great shape. Everything ran smoothly. Event participants were never waiting. Thank you.

Drivers were great. Very kind and seemed to be well informed about what they were to do.

However, on July 4, the drivers were about 15 minutes late. That sent us into a panic, as we really didn't have a plan B to transport our 90 passengers. I tried calling the local number I was given, as well as the national number, to see what the status was, but no one answered the phone. I know it was a holiday, but it would have been nice to have talked to someone to assure us the buses were on their way.

Great experience for my son’s wedding! Anytime I called to ask questions, they were kind and knowledgeable. The buses arrived on time and bus drivers were wonderful. We would definitely would recommend their services. It was just right having school buses as I am a recently retired teacher. They had A/C too!

Buses were great getting everyone to the wedding venue. The only hiccup was at the end of the evening the buses left before half the guests got on. Including myself(ie the bride) and my groom. One bus was full and the other had 1 person on it when they left because they have to travel in pairs? Poor communication. They did stop and come back after we called a guest on the other full bus and told them to tell the drivers to come back. It was embarrassing that my guests and I were stranded and unsure if we would get them to come back.

I highly endorse First Charter Bus Rental for any field trip rental requirements. Our organization recently required a bus rental for a scheduled field trip, and the entire process was exceptionally smooth. After submitting an online inquiry, we promptly received the necessary details within 24 hours. Following that, I reached out to confirm the reservation. On the day of the trip, the bus arrived punctually, and the driver skillfully ensured our safe journey to our destination. I am undoubtedly planning to utilize their services again in the future.

We had scheduled 6 buses and the 6th bus showed up at least 30 minutes late. Additionally, one of the other buses was handicapped eliminating a few rows of seating and had car seats eliminating multiple other rows of seating. We were not made aware in advance of this so we had planned for a full bus and we’re only able to fit about half of the people on that bus. Lastly, one of the bus drivers was screaming at all of our guests on the bus before they left for absolutely no reason.

Drivers were accommodating and helpful. However, we were given buses that were wheelchair accessible so there weren't enough seats for all of the guests and people had to squeeze, which is not comfortable or safe. Keep this in mind if you're booking, we were supposed to have completely full buses and the company knew this, but still sent us buses missing at least 7 rows of seats in the back.

No complaints whatsoever. Great service, nice drivers. Will be calling again in October.

First charter was absolutely awesome. They arrived on time and had our wedding guests safely to the venue and home from. At my request they even made signs for the bus window so guest would know at the hotel it was the transportation for our wedding.
