First Charter was prompt, friendly, and had great communication throughout the process. It was super easy and affordable to schedule a bus for transportation at my wedding. Would highly recommend them for any event transportation needs!

First Charter was incredibly helpful in providing shuttles for my wedding. They were promptly on time, and every passenger had a great time. The driver went above and beyond to take care of our wedding guests and we greatly appreciated it.

One of our buses was late for the pick up to wedding venue. Everyone managed to fit on the first bus so it worked out but could have been a problem. All the contacts were really helpful and friendly but it is not the most tightly run organization, understanding it is complicted. All in all it worked out and the price was reasonable.

The bus was supposed to arrive at 4pm on the day of our event. It didn't show up until 4:30pm. This caused a parking nightmare, something we were trying to avoid by renting the bus. I called to try and get a partial refund for being so late and no one will call me back.

Received a helpful confirmation call, the buses were 5 minutes early and very communicative.

Came on time and was professional in getting our kids to the stadium.

Our buses arrived on time and the drivers were great to work with. Our group had a fantastic time and if the opportunity arises, we'll definitely consider using First Charter Bus Rental again.

Great service. You need to have lights on the steps at night time. We had guests that got hurt by falling going up the stairs because of lack of lights

We were so happy to have booked First Charter Bus Rental to transport our guests from Hood River, OR to the Tin Roof Barn in WhiteSalmon, WA for our daughter’s wedding. They were on time and they provided very seasoned drivers for the day. It was such a relief to have to not worry about our guests having to drive the windy roads at the end of the day. I would say that 80% of our guests took advantage of this service. I would highly recommend First Charter for a wedding or group event!
