Arrived early, our driver was kind and helpful. She waited for us in the HOT Texas afternoon. Made it to both of our destinations safely.

Bus was 1 hr and 40 minutes late. If I didn't call to check what has going on we are left with out transportation because they didn't have a driver scheduled for us and the "on call" person had to pick us up.

After calling 12+ times and emailing 5 times, I can not get a hold of anyone to book the quote that was given to me.

The services were excellent and flexible. The only challenge was getting in touch with customer service. It was a long wait on the phone every single time I attempted to contact someone

We had scheduled a bus for 9am pickup; it didn't show up. I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone - I tried all of the options and left multiple messages. I finally got a live person. When I explained the situation, she put me on hold for several minutes, then came back to say that our reservation had been cancelled. I asked who cancelled it; she said she wasn't able to tell. She asked if they could send a bus then; we said OK - we had a group of 6th graders going to a movie that started at 10; this was all happening after 9:30. This was not a private showing of the movie so we couldn't change the time. While we were waiting for the bus, we made alternate arrangements to get the kids to the movie theater. Not having the bus available altered the rest of their field trip. When the bus arrived, we spoke to the driver - we told her that we knew this mishap wasn't her fault, but we needed names and phone numbers of someone to call to tell about this and get a refund.

I worked with First Charter to reserve several buses to do Field Trips for Spring Break for our Organization. We had buses scheduled for a full week for pick ups at several locations. The process to reserve over the phone was very easy. The week of, Ms. Betty J. contacted me to confirm our trips. We went over our trips for the week. She as very nice helpful the full week and also helped me fix a mistake I made with a location. I appreciate her help!

What a great service to have. My son goes to a private school, and the only time they take a bus is on a field trip. How can you go your schooling career without taking a bus to school!?! So on the second-to-last day of school we had most of the boys from his grade for a sleepover. The next morning they looked outside and there was a yellow school ready to take them to their last day of 3rd grade. The driver was early, the bus clean and ready, and whole process of scheduling the bus was easy. And, the cost difference between this yellow school bus and a dull, charter bus was significant. So glad to know First Charter Bus exist, and we'll be using them again!

We have used this company in the past (1 year ago) and had no problems then. This time we had a terrible experience. The bus drivers (for the most part) are completely clueless and have no idea what is going on or what they’re doing so we had to explain EVERYTHING to each bus driver for every trip. The person of contact sounded like he had just woken up every time I called and would mix up our times for the busses so I would continuously have to correct him.

We 2 bus drivers on day one were very nice but that could not be said about the others. They were even late to some of the pickups. The management has changed for our location recently so that might be part of the problem but I would not recommend.

Overall a good experience. On our return trip, we missed a few turns and our lead bus driver waited until the busses were loaded and we were ready to go to use the restroom which delayed our departure by 15 minutes. Ultimately, we arrived at our destination ahead of schedule and felt like it was a successful trip.
