As mother of the bride, I rented a yellow school to take guest back and forth from the hotel to the wedding venue. Everything went smoothly. I was not on the bus but my daughter and all her guests enjoyed having a safe ride home after celebrating.

You did not show up for the scheduled…
You did not show up for the scheduled date and time and our guests could not get to our wedding. Repeated calls to all three numbers provided went unanswered or to voicemail. Our ceremony had to be delayed because you failed to arrive at the scheduled date and time.

I was very disappointed and had a bad…
I was very disappointed and had a bad experience.It was my Daughter’s wedding and I needed transportation from the hotel to the venue both ways.I contacted first students charter and rented two buses to transport my guests from the hotel to the venue and back to the hotel.I worked out the details with them and scheduled times for the buses, set up an itinerary and received confirmation detailing the date and times of service for each bus. I also contacted first students several times and received several emails to confirm the date and times.I was also charged on my credit card for the two buses several days prior to the event. On the date of the wedding I was under the assumption that everything was going to go smoothly and two buses will transport my guests from the hotel to the venue and back to the hotel as agreed. Unbeknownst to me that second bus never showed up I only had one bus even after paying for 2
