Your drivers were amazing! Not only with the regular shuttle routes but handling our customers in the process of evacuation for the incoming storms. We were lucky to be able give enough advance notice to get several shuttles out of the grounds. The rest we put inside our building on the site to take cover. My coordinator sent 1 bus on home and the other took shelter in the building and when the all clear was issued he took the rest to the parking lots. We took care of him with a nice tip. Can't say enough about how great they were all weekend. We always pass on food passes for their breaks. Please pass these comments on to the appropriate drivers. Driver was accommodating and worked with us on timing day of the event. The booking process was easy. We were picked up and dropped of at our desired locations with no issues. Day of communication was also accommodating and helpful in not missing any details.

First Charter was awesome to use! They were so kind and so helpful. I had troubles with my payment going through and they helped me through the process. On top of it, their bus drivers were so kind.

My only concern was the inability to contact anyone the day of our event. The bus was a little late arriving so I tried to call. The contract gave a phone number to use in case we had a need. When I tried to call multiple times no one answered. I left a message as directed and I still haven’t received a response.

Our trip confirmation email had the wrong dispatch location. None of the locations seemed to have our confirmed trip in their system. Bus was over an hour late to pick our students up to travel to camp, and nearly an hour late for our return trip, even though we called and confirmed the trip was on the books and arrival/departure times.

The young woman who helped make our reservation and respond to questions about details was wonderful. She was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. I really appreciated her making the experience so quick and easy.

I used First Student services to shuttle my wedding guests to and from our venue, and I'm so happy I did! They communicated well, were timely, and kind to everyone involved. I'm so grateful to have been able to provide safe and trusted transportation for our guests!

Our bus driver communicated well with the teachers and students on his bus. He drove the bus safely and was patient with the traffic and road construction.

The Bus driver was amazing. On time and very knowledgeable, and when our event was over she picked us up right up front, which made it extremely helpful on a raining night.

Buses were perfect. Clean and warm. Drivers were kind and helpful. One driver was late but only by a few minutes and called to say she was lost. Super thankful to the drivers for spending Christmas eve taking us to the game. YCKC will remember First Charter for future needs.

The bus driver we had was amazing. She was early and was very communicative with us. She did everything perfectly.

No one got back to me with a quote via email or phone after multiple calls and emails which has happened many times.
Driver was 25 minutes late which made us late for our field trip. The driver was scary and not super safe. He was very nice but we were all very nervous.
