The bus has been on time this summer, and the drivers have been pleasant. Even though we have to now go through the main office, the Kirkwood First Charter Bus location is fantastic. They are always willing to help us out, even in a pinch. Couldn't be happier!

The bus drivers were great...they were timely and professional as well as friendly. Our issues were on the front office end, a long gone prior employee's credit card was charged for all three busses. Prior to this our business book keeper had called multiple times to trouble shoot because a check mailed on March 15th had not arrived to your office. Our check was returned yesterday stamped with need correct lockbox. This was very problematic and stressful.

The person that takes the reservations is so personable and helpful. The local bus service has been great about being flexible with our time restraints. Thank you!

On time for pick up and drop off; very personable and professional driver. Great service from staff on same-day phone line--got directions to the driver for a more complicated location not amenable to GPS. Will definitely book again when needed.

I am flabbergasted at the excessive cost increase - higher per hour fee, higher minimum number of hours, higher deadhead fee and excessive cleaning fee that the national/corporate office has imposed.

The higher costs will make field trips out of the question for our students and families.

Our bus for our trip to the Magic House on 10/4/22 was 25 minutes late, making the kids late for the program they had signed up for. I understand that the driver went to the wrong school. First Student was able to radio another bus that was driving by and send them our way. I'm sure it was a one time thing.

Our experience was great! We had a few changes in advance of our rental day & the customer service team was friendly, helpful & got all the details just right! The bus was perfect and the driver engaged with the kids and did a great job. Thanks!
