While scheduling, the couple people I spoke to on the phone were so kind and helpful. Then on the event day, the driver arrived a few minutes early and was on time at each of our pickups. It was a smooth experience.

Great service. Went above and beyond to make our wedding go smoothly

Driver was extremely rude to all guests and yelled at multiple passengers before and during the ride. The driver also didn’t enter the correct location and was again, extremely rude when we pointed this mistake out to him. He CLAIMED he had entered the correct location and ARGUED about it even though we are from Cleveland and were very aware that we were not going in the right direction. The ride should have been 8 minutes and turned into an hour and a half. Our experience was absolutely horrible and I am VERY disappointed. It wasn’t at all what we expected and wanted after our wedding reception. I would NOT recommend this service!!!!!

The bus was clean and in good condition. The bus driver was very patient and had a good attitude.

This was our very first time utilizing a bus service and it was a great experience. The staff was professional and courteous and the kids loved riding on the bus!

The drivers were punctual and super super friendly and easygoing. They were happy that the students were excited to go on a trip and have fun. they were polite. We would definitely call you first the next time we need busses.

We contracted to have a bus pick up 47 pple in Vermilion and take us to and from Kalahari in Sandusky between the hours of 10 pm and 1:30 am. Our driver, Josue, was punctual, kind and he drove us safely. The bus was clean and warm which was wonderful considering it was one of the coldest nights of the winter.

We will definitely use First Student again.
