I charted 3 buses for my wedding up in the North Conway area. From the booking agents to the drivers themselves, everyone was a pleasure to work with. They were even able to complete my booking, find buses and drivers less than a month out from the wedding date. Thank you for helping our guests travel safely First Student.

The bus service was great! We didn’t have many people use the bus from our wedding. However, it was awesome to have the option there! Plus the people that did ride the bus really got to spread out.

The driver was safe and the guests had a great time on the bus.
Picking up guests the company was provided a map with a parking lot to pick guests up and the driver did not go to the parking lot. Guests where confused and calling the main lodge for the bus.
Picking up guests on the way home the last bus run was over 35 minutes late to pick everyone up from the wedding.
On the plus side everyone was able to get home safely after the wedding.

The day of drivers, Julie & Phil, were absolutely wonderful. They made a chaotic experience so much smoother. They went above & beyond for us and our guests & we are so grateful to them for their services that night. I give the driver 5 stars.

Outside of the amazing drivers, our experience was poor. Getting set up with this company was so challenging, the week of our wedding I waited 4 days to get a response after calling in & emailing on a daily basis. They ran my credit card for final payment without contacting me to confirm my trip details when I had two days worth of unanswered messages out to them. The callback option offered on the answering service did not once return my calls. The 5 stop limit was unclear & it caused us to book with a second transportation company less than 3 days ahead of our wedding. I would not recommend this company to anyone, the amount of unnecessary added stress that was caused was not worth the cheaper price. I ended up paying as much as I would have elsewhere when I was left with no choice but to book another charter company to support our needs that this company could not give me timely answers about.

Great business, very professional! Our drivers were professional and right on time and in no hurry. I would hire this company if I ever need this service again.

First student was so accommodating when it came to picking up and dropping off guests for our wedding!

The company was great to work with and very responsive. We asked to make some last minute adjustments to time and they were very accommodating. Our only issue was the drivers leaving early on the way home. We had a lot of guests hoping to get on the bus that didn't make it on even though we had more time.

We loved working with First Student for our wedding, our guest enjoyed taking the shuttle back and forth. The only thing that was a downside was that the bus driver went back to the hotel because there were 2 guests that missed the first two shuttles, this caused our ceremony to run 30 minutes behind. But overall, they were great to work with and it was an affordable way to prevent DUI's!

The drivers were punctual, professional, and made the ride fun for our guests. I'm so glad I chose this company for our welcome dinner transportation!

The bus driver was a no call no show and the company notified me 15 mins before my guests we supposed to be picked up for my wedding. My guests all had to find alternate transportation on such short notice.

We used first charter for our guest transportation for our wedding. They were on time and got the job done well and safely. Our guest loved it!

Amazing experience overall. Reserved school buses for our wedding. They were on time, the drivers were kind and they even took the prettier route to our venue instead of the more efficient one. Highly recommend First Student for transportation needs.
