The bus drivers were friendly and safe drivers. All three buses were 15-20 minutes late to pick up our students due to their morning routes. It would have been helpful if First Student would have communicated that this would be the case prior to booking the trip.

The bus driver missed the turn multiple times for the location causing our entire large group to be 30 minutes late to our booking at the Color Factory

The bus listened to our instructions when to drop off/pick up. Made sure everyone was safe and accounted for before leaving pick up/drop off spots.

The bus driver was prompt and friendly. Although there were seat belts, some of them were hard to buckle.

The driver was on time. He made good time on the route. He was pleasant and courteous. The pick up and drop off locations were convenient.

My nephew, who is also a driver, helped with the lift and securing the wheelchair.

Related to the bus: if there was A/C it was very faint.

The bus never showed up. I had 40 people stranded at 1am after my wedding. The venue was in a rural setting so ubers were not an option. It was a nightmare and a huge embarrassment.

The buses are not on time, the customer service is awful and I feel that I call the depot and no one answers. This is not safe for the children on the bus.

We were very disappointed in our experience. As a result, we missed our non-refundable Chicago River Boat Tour ride due to being so late.

We needed to leave by 9 a.m. but only 2 out of the 5 buses showed up. One of the 5 buses had broken down and we were never informed of this.

Two of the buses drove off without permission and without all of our students and staff loaded onto buses. We were able to get one bus to turn around and divide the remaining 182 students and adults among 3 buses. The buses were beyond packed.

Our driver was fantastic and the day of service went extremely smoothly. The booking process itself was a little confusing with getting quotes and waiting for confirmations, but overall I would definitely use this company again.

Moises was friendly and took care of our students. We left and arrived on time. :)
