Poor Communication and Customer Service

We made reservations for two buses for two different field trips on one day. We called about a week before to confirm that we still had the buses, and they said we did for one but not the other and to call the next day. We called the next day to find out that both of our buses were actually canceled and no one informed us. We asked why were we not called to let us know since these field trips were a week away and our high schoolers were visiting college campuses. All they said was "we would have gotten back to you." I honestly am so disappointed in how they did not acknowledge the lack of communication and how they were not sympathetic to their customer's needs. Needless to say, we will not be using them again for our school.
