The first half of the trip was great Anthony did a great job. He should have stayed and continued driving.

He left after our first drop off as planned and the second bus and driver was one of the worst experiences I've had with a bus. It was supposed to arrive at 130 am and after calling multiple times I was assured the bus would arrive within 10 minutes at 2am or a little after. It showed up at almost 245am leaving students stranded in the rain and since the driver was working off of paper directions with not GPS in unsure of how he knew how far away he was at any time. Our chaperones had to guide him with turn by turn directions from their phones GPS. They arrived well over 90 minues late to our next destination. The driver was erratic and struggled to keep the bus in the lane. Spent most of the time stretching and personified distracted driving. He displayed the warning signs of someone who was driving through exhaustion even after the inclimate weather had passed.

First, I know the weather was not great. I also drove a 15 passenger vehicle along with the charter and all we experienced were minor slowdowns as the rain increased. I spoke with several other charter drivers that drove smaller charter vans to 66C busses and they had no issues other than slowing down to manage the rain obstacle. Students and chaperones reported feeling unsafe during their time with the second driver, I will think long and hard about using first student again.

Jessica was the BEST to work with! She helped me in an urgent situation and was so nice. She was able to secure a bus for me last minute. I can't thank her enough for her hard work and generosity to make it happen. She deserves a raise!

Had such a great time with First Charter Bus Rental. They helped us over the course of 8 months with many changes in schedule to accommodate whatever we needed. They also had some flexibility on the day of the make the easiest, straight forward bus route possible to get our guests home. Honestly it was a little tricky and very stressful updating the schedule via the charter, and they gave us a huge scare when they told us they were no longer available for our wedding (we were frantic and in tears because it could have honestly ruined our entire event plan), and even asked us to change our wedding time days before the wedding with 190 people !! Obviously that would've been virtually impossible! But this was not the fault of the local charter company, but the parent company. The staff and drivers of the local company did a fantastic job and everyone made it on time, no issues.
