Drivers were courteous & expectations were made cleqr!
No time was wasted!

On the plus side we received the correct buses (with undercarriage storage. Thanks for that!
This latest trip was disappointing. Going out, the lead driver took a wrong turn, failed to immediately correct the mistake, and led us through a narrow and difficult road loop to correct it. At one point we had to evacuate the children from the bus to cross a weight limited bridge. It took 45 minutes to get back to where we started and impacted the quality of our program. The return trip arrived 30-45 min late and had a "know it all" (not Amy) driver who regaled us with difficulties of our intended destination. He diverted our destination twice and finally returned to our requested destination (which was adequate for bus entry), adding another time delay to our programming. These time delays put a damper on our excursion and negatively affected our experience.

Services we requested were not provided. We had booked through third party and then we were told that if that company made a mistake it was not First Charter's fault and they would not be issuing a refund even a partial refund since services were not rendered. That they were not responsible for the third party they do business with.

They arrived at the scheduled time, the drivers were helpful, they went over the safety protocols once everyone was on board, allowed us to store items on the bus out of the sun while they waited for us, and got us back for drop off safely and on time.

The drivers arrived to pick up location a little bit off schedule, but it was acceptable, despite the coordinator is too busy to reply my quote and confirm the buses for me, it ended up every thing worked out fine at the last minute. Thank you for taking our business.
