We were happy with the onset arrival…
We were happy with the onset arrival promptness and heard our driver was very nice but at the end of the night for pickup, the bus parked itself in a location out of site from the venue where our coordinator thought they were late / MIA. She called the number on the confirmation several times and no one was picking up. Our guests sat around for half an hour thinking the bus was late but they were really parked behind the building. Not necessarily the drivers fault but could’ve been avoided if someone had picked up the phone or a more reachable phone number was given.

It was a great relief to have been able to book First Student, Saugerties, NY at a last minute urgent request.
June was our driver. She was excellent.
Punctual, professional, personable, and a safe driver.
The equipment (school bus) was modern, clean, and far nicer than any school bus I ever remember riding in my youth.
