We loved using first charter as a means of transportation for our wedding guests to and from their respective hotels to our wedding reception venue. First charter was very professional, efficient and friendly in providing their services. We are very pleased and satisfied to have chosen first charter and would highly recommend them for transportation services.

The driver was good we were on time there and back and he was nice.

The driver was nice and respectful. The only thing was we was late for our trip.

During the pandemic, I do realize that all are stretched thin. We were lucky at all to reserve a bus for transportation for our field trip. It took a great deal of time and many phone calls to confirm our charter. The first trip we took, we had 2 bus drivers show up. We only wanted 1. The second trip, the driver was late and we had a reservation. He was not familiar with the roads at all in Indiana. It was clear he was not familiar with the bus because the heat was blasting when we boarded. His driving expertise was not on the level that I would expect for safety when you are transporting children.

The bus never showed up.
I called the numbers. Going right to voicemail. 37 mins after the bus was supposed to arrive, I received a call that said they had technical difficulties and could have a bus to be in an hour. - AN HOUR AND 40 MINS AFTER WHEN IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE THERE. The lady was unapologetic and was clear she didn't care. We were left trying to figure out how to transport an entire group of children, for a reservation we had & were ultimately an hour late for. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Our trip was on time and the driver was very friendly.

I reserved a bus for my wedding with 3 pickup times. The bus never showed up leaving my guests stranded. It was not only was it extremely inconvenient but embarrassing.

First Charter Bus Rental was great to work with. We used them as our shuttle for our wedding night. It worked out great!

I hired First Charter for my wedding day, we had yellow school busses taking the bridal party to and from the venue and they also took guests to and from the venue. They were great!

The bus was 30 minutes late. Then, they were stuck in heavy traffic that wouldn't have mattered if the bus had come on time. When my students made it to their Field trip destination, they couldn't see the movie that they were supposed to because they were so late, another group was viewing it.

Originally when I called, I left a message that was never returned. I had to call two more times to get a hold of someone.

If the company is unable to accommodate field trips, I wish the company would say that outright.
