Driver was on time, extremely polite, and very flexible. We would recommend this driver, company, and service to anyone!!!!

We used them as transport for our son’s wedding because his wife is a teacher. They were very easy to work with and accommodating to any changes we made. The service was very prompt and help the wedding go smoothly!

To start there was a lot of miscommunication and going back in forth trying to book and pay for this bus service.

Then the day of our scheduled pick up time was 8:45, we ended up boarding the bus at 9:07 because the bus driver could not find our school. After our delay in departure we were still expected to arrive at our destination at 10am, which is the time our tickets were scheduled for. However, once again our bus driver went to the wrong location so I ended up giving her my phone with the gps on, which ended up making us an hour late to our field trip. When we were getting off of the bus we made sure to remind her that we were expected to leave at 1:15pm, I made sure she had my phone number and another staff member even shared their location with her on their phone. However, when I called our bus driver at 1:16 to say that we were ready she was not at the bus or outside of our location site. We spent 15 minutes trying to locate her, when we eventually did find her we had to walk half a mile back to the bus. Resulting in us leaving closer to 1:45pm. We were due back to school by 2:45, but due to the delay got back to school at 3:30.

I’m so glad I found first student charter bus!! They took care of me with short notice. The driver was right on time and was awesome. She was very friendly and my family were very happy with the service!!

Christina was our driver. She was prompt, the bus was clean, and she did a superb job getting us to our destination and back. She was super friendly and really went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time.

We used First Student as our guest shuttle for our wedding. We got a lot of complements from our family and friends how unique and fun it was to ride in a school bus to and from the wedding. It was like stepping back in time and all being young again! The team at First Student were very prompt and always treated me very kindly over the phone. On the day of our wedding the driver contacted me just to confirm details which was great so that I wouldn’t stress if they were aware of the plan. I definitely recommend First Student for transportation services of any kind!
