I worked with First Charter to provide transportation for my guests to get to and from me wedding. It was perfect and they loved the fact that they were in a school bus!

Our bus arrived 30 minutes late, no phone call from the driver. I called the "Day Of" numbers on my trip confirmation and no one picked up. I left messages on multiple extensions, and did not receive a call back. We were refunded for one of our overall trip cost, which is fair since the driver was late, but that does not make up for the bad customer service.

Our bus driver was on time and she was very flexible with having to drive a little bit more than expected during our trip to a university campus.

The bus was not on time and when I called from and ETA I was on hold for 8 mins. til I hung up. Our security had to let me know the bus had finally arrived.
