Communication was great and the pick up and drop off were smooth. Our driver, Lamont, was polite and communicated clearly throughout. Will definitely use First Charter again!

The bus was timely and the driver was very accommodating. We had small delays herding the cats (visiting family and friends) and did not feel rushed in the least. It was an excellent experience.

Service for chartering a bus
The bus driver Danielle was great!
Chartering the bus was somewhat stressful. I have chartered a bus 11 times. I0 of the 11 times I wait days being unsure if the charter was picked up from one off the local offices. That's not right. If my credit card number can be taken for the charter then I should be reassured that I will have a bus for my event.
