The driver never showed for my scheduled and paid for charter. Furthermore, no one called to inform me about this and I had an extremely difficult time trying to get in contact with someone.

Our drivers were professional, helpful and safe. We did have one glitch in that one driver was given an out of date itinerary, but he did do his best to correct the problem!

The buses left our wedding venue when people were still heading towards the buses. They were not even half full. They left the groom (me), the bride, and the brides parents as well as a number of other guests. We would have been better off calling ubers for all of our guests considering that is what we have to do. I am partially inclined to dispute the charges for these buses with the credit card company considering I absolutely did not get the service I paid for.

Our driver was amazing. He went above and beyond our expectations and if we could personally hire him we would! Everything went smoothly and we couldn't be more grateful to the company for coming to the rescue!

We got two ac buses for my sisters wedding and everything went very smoothly! They knew the area and helped with scheduling.

I hired two busses for my wedding. Our second bus took all back roads making the trip much later to return for the second trip. Guests were waiting outside in the heat for way too long. They are also hard to get a hold of on the phone.

One of the buses was late thus making us 15 minutes late to the venue. Our time ended at the venue at 2:00 p.m. and that is what I requested but was told a few days after the request that there were no buses available at that time and the drivers would be back to the venue at 3:00 p.m. to pick up my group. I was then charged for an extra hour. The bus not being available was out of my hands.
On the way back from the venue the bus that was late picking us up got lost. The one bus got back to the venue without any problems. The second bus arrived 35 minutes after the first bus. Staff reported that the driver on the second did not check the GPS until after 15 minutes of driving. The driver drove through several residential neighborhoods before they were able to figure out how to get back to the main road.

We had a last minute time change with our event and First Charter was responsive and helpful to accommodate last minute changes to our day.

Bus was late to pick up guests from hotel causing the guests to drive themselves to the wedding so as to not be late.

Driver did stay at venue to drive people back at the end of the night and was very kind and personable.

Our driver, Thaddeus, was awesome! He arrived right on time and waited patiently as we made sure all the children were on the bus and seated.
He as a great and safe driver even through all the rain! He made sure we arrived safely at our first destination of Palmyra Lutheran Church for our competition. He pulled right up to the entrance so we would not get too wet from the pouring rain. He then took us to Chocolate World at Hershey. He gave us his number since it was raining and we would probably be leaving early because the rides were not operating at Hershey. Since the children had not eaten since 6AM, we asked him to take us to McDonald's so the children could get something to eat. He told us to take our time and don't worry about anything. He drove slowly home. Sometimes the rain was
going sideways but it didn'r effect him or his driving. We will definitely be using First Charter again in the future. Thaddeus would be our number one pick! I will suggest your bus company to our other teachers.
