All of the drivers were so great to work with. They arrived on time and the students felt safe. I will definitely us their services again.

We used First Charter bus rental for our wedding! It was perfect -- the process was organized, transparent, and seamless. We had the bus for a full 12 hours for a reasonable price! The driver was super nice and prompt to each stop. Thanks for making our day run smoothly!

The bus drivers did not arrive at the correct location at the school where the pick-up was arranged. I specifically gave directions and insisted that they be explicitly provided to the drivers when I ordered the buses. The buses arrived at the complete opposite part of the building, where no one even knew they were present. I tried to call multiple times to get a hold of someone to inquire where are the buses - no one answered the day of trip/after hours number. I left multiple voice messages. No one even returned the call after the event. That is completely unprofessional and unaccountable.
Our trip was late to their event. We almost ended up cancelling the entire event after we waited for 15 minutes and it appeared it is a no show from the buses. One of our parents drove around the school to try to find the buses - we should not need to send a search party to track down our buses for transportation.

First Charter Villa Park was awesome! They followed up to confirm details, were flexible and the driver, Paul was wonderful! He even stopped to take a group photo for us!

This was my first time using First Charter and they were awesome! They helped me with all of the details and made sure I had what I wanted/needed for my wedding. The customer service was great as well as the bus driver. I would definitely use First Charter again for really big events like weddings.
