I wish I could give 4.5 stars. Driver was friendly. Bus was clean. Driver did lose his way both getting to venue and on return trip but luckily wasn't too delayed.

This shuttle service for our wedding on 10/15/22 went smoothly! We were able to schedule the shuttle to make several trips to and from the Wedding at a few local hotels. Guests loved it, it kept everyone safe and we had no issues ! 10/10 would recommend this service for your big day!

Dinah was so helpful when I needed to make changes to the schedule the week of the wedding! Super communicative and on the ball. I didn't get the driver's name but she also called me on the day to let me know guests were showing up late and make sure it was ok to wait for them. Overall everyone I worked with at First Student was super helpful and friendly and I appreciate it so much.

The bus was very prompt in picking up our guests and delivering them to the wedding on time. Likewise, the driver returned some people to their hotel during the evening when requested, and then departed on schedule at the end of the evening. Everyone seemed quite pleased with the service!

All was going well until we received a call at 4pm on a Friday 2 weeks before our wedding, stating that they could no longer cover our event anymore. They told us that they never should have booked our wedding because it was back to school week. My fiancé and I were scrambling trying to find a replacement over the weekend. Monday, a sweet woman from First Student calls us and says that she felt incredibly bad for us, and begged people to try to find coverage for us. Luckily this angel was successful and they were able to cover our wedding after all. Our driver himself was great and on time. We just found the whole situation to be entirely unprofessional by causing us immense unnecessary stress.

I start I would like to say that the buses showed up on time and at the correct locations. The issues I had was with contacting the charter service as well as the points of contact for day of service. It took over two weeks to get follow ups when making the reservations with no ability to speak to anyone. The day of contact numbers provided did not answer at all and caused lots of stress on the wedding day.

Our experience with drivers and office staff has been wonderful.

The drivers were excellent. Once I had contact number for them they were polite and easy to deal with and communicate with.

The process to speak to a human to finalize and make changes prior was horrible. It’s impossible to reach a person and finalize or revise things. A call back took until the following morning.

The a/c did
Not work and it was 97 degrees but shockingly that wasn’t even

Main issue. The bus driver refused to pull the bus over on the ride
Home so he could stop the emergency exit alarm from going off. The alarm went off for 30 minutes the
Whole ride back to
Hotel. The bride has sensory issues and was crying and the
Bus driver wouldn’t fix it it was actually insane. Awful awful awful experience.

They were absolutely amazing and accommodating! We used them for our wedding and everyone was so pleased! 10/10 recommended for any and all your needs!

Great communication and customer service. Bus was early and quickly got our guests from our wedding ceremony to our party and our guests loved it!

We struggled with getting our contracted trios updated, But once it was done, we were completely happy with the service! The drivers were amazing and kept the lines of communications open. They were polite to our guests and took great care to ensure their safety!!

This company was great to work with to use as charters for our guests to and from our wedding venue. The buses had multiple hotel pick up and drop off, and it was super seamless. The drivers were also lovely according to many guests! They were especially great to work with through the pandemic, as we were easily able to reschedule with them from our old to new date. Would highlight recommend them for anyone getting married in Hudson Valley and/or especially at Red Maple Vineyard in West Park, New York!
