The two you young ladies that we had driving for us were on time, in fact, they were early. They were very nice, personable and very professional. We would definitely book First Charter again.

Awesome experience!
Our driver was amazing! So friendly and kind. She greeted each child and adult as we got on the bus. She was timely and very safe. Hope we get her for our next field trip in October!

The driver's have been excellent
The driver's have been excellent. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is the cancellation policy. It was changed last year in the middle of summer after we had already booked everything.

First Charter Bus Rental is a Blessing!
First Charter Bus Rental has always been good to Queen of Apostles! The bus was clean, on time, and a good value compared to other companies. Our driver was friendly and helpful, especially with loading up a ton of donations! We had a snafu on our end -- a credit card that had reached its limit due to textbook purchases -- rather than cancelling our bus, they kept our bus and worked with us until the credit card problem was resolved. Great job First Charter!
