The bus never showed up for pick up. I even called the day before to confirm reservation. It was a nightmare!

The bus was well equipped with seatbelts and the driver was nice enough to prepare the seatbelts so they were ready for use. The driver was kind and thoughtful. She drove at slow speeds, however, and made the teachers and chaperones nervous that speeds were too slow on the highway.

Booking with First Student was quick and easy. The driver was punctual when arriving and stayed for the duration of the evening. However, it was raining the night of our wedding, and the windows were left open when the wedding party was being picked up. When the wedding party boarded the bus, the groomsmen had to get towels from the inside of the hotel to wipe all of the seats down. I think there was an issue with the bus as well, because there was hot air blowing for the duration of our ride to the venue. We asked the driver to turn the heat off, but he said that it wasn't on. The driver also took a wrong turn on the way to the venue. I understand we all make mistakes, but this was on top of the wet seats and very hot bus.

Bus was scheduled for 5:15pm pick up and only arrived at 5:50pm. Most guests had already used Ubers by that time to get to the 6pm ceremony.

Trying to speak to someone was impossible. I spent days without success trying to reach a person. Sat for hours on hold then would be told leave a number or it would hang up. No one returned a call. I drove to 3 towns to find someone to talk to finally was given a contact who told me they were retired. She graciously assisted me with information for a connection. Your driver was very nice and professional my only issue was he had 1.5 hrs to get guests to wedding site and was late so the rain started and we had to move wedding. If he’s gotten them there as instructed for 3 and 330 rides we would have been able to keep original site. I do not know what happened but I do know the driver was great and courteous.
Fix your phone system. Even in the summer you do business and need people to actually answer a phone. It’s interesting that the first title is what I’m complaining about.

Bus was on time and got us to the museum in time for our tour. Waited for us and took us back when we were done. Bus was clean and safe. Would definitely use your company again.

Trip was great. Driver was very competent and helpful. Look forward to future trips.
