General concerns
Overall, I was pleased with the service for my event. However, the bus drivers took their breaks without notifying me and we were very confused on where the buses went. I had given them my contact information, along with another form of contact, and we were never told when the bus drivers were taking their breaks. Along with this, at another point in the night the bus drivers drove to purchase food during their shifts with people from our event in the bus. One of the bus drivers was also having a mildly inappropriate conversation on the phone while event members were on the bus.
