First Charter made the day of our event go seamlessly! Communications in the lead-up felt occasionally complex, but representatives were always kind and ultimately made our event a big success.

I rented 3 buses for my wedding guests and all 3 failed to show up. When we called all 5 of the phone numbers on the invoice, not a single one picked up. My venue coordinator continued to call for hours during my wedding since First Student is one of their preferred vendors. She was able to get in contact with someone and they said they had no records of my trip, my contact info, or even my payment even though I received a payment confirmation email. All my guests either drove themselves or ubered and missed cocktail hour.

The process to rent a bus for our wedding was seamless and the representatives were extremely helpful. The bus was on time to the hotel to pick everyone up and drop them off. However, at the end of the night, we wish they would’ve waited just a few minutes for any remaining guests, considering I (the groom) and wife were going to get on the bus back to the hotel, but left without us.
