Great company fixed my fireplace on time professional ,reasonably priced would use them again

Many service providers don’t give you a specific time for your appointment. I had a 10:00 AM appointment and not a 3-4 hour window like many service providers . My tech was at my door at 10:00. Kudos to Ben, knowledgeable and helpful to address my issues. Very satisfied . Would highly recommend.

1st Choice Chimney is a Great Company. Service was quick & professional with great results. Price varied during negotiations over the phone, but the on site foreman charged us very reasonably.

Very helpful tech named Ben. He attempted several things to repair our gas log unit and nothing helped. The cost for the needed repairs were higher than replacing the unit. He made recommendations as to a brand and type.

Contacted 1st Choice Chimney after receiving a quote form my long-term Plano service providers. Instead of having to be parts with a total invoice of $700+, Eric @ 1st Choice discovered the unit had dust on it which kept the unit from operating properly. A savings of over $400!! Cannot say enough regarding Eric's honesty and professionalism!

I had an excellent experience with first choice chimney! They cleaned out my chimney, fixed the cracks in the bed of my fireplace and painted it! Also installed my gas logs and had it all set up ready for us to enjoy! Really great experience with friendly worker.
