By far the BIGGEST scam of the year. Millions of dollars stolen and denied everyones payout. Despite many people passing and following rules, they denied. No support, non existent company. Scammed. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Support does not respond.
Suppprt is a scam. I only use my MT4 App from my phone and they suspended me for bellow reason.

“We regret to inform you that your account has breached for Terms of Services Violation with multiple duplicate IP addresses, Account Management, trading in concert with others, copy trading of other persons signals, trades that do not comply with True Live Market conditions.”

It’s too difficult to show and use the funded account on MT4.

The biggest scammers in forex world. In a nutshell:
- with them since November, not being payed a single time
- they change their rules multiple times, like for example getting people in with weekend trades to then say 2 weeks later no weekend trades allowed
- they constantly break their own TCs
- they hide half their rules in terms and conditions
- they changed server and supposedly lost data (well still visible on dashboard) to then just be able to deny all payout for that reason
- they make you wait 6 month for a review payout
- funny enough the said account breached at day x, but guess what since 3 days nothing was running in the account, so it got breached without even a single trade at that day, and their support just says "we checked you are breached" without any argument proof whatsoever
- Most importantly they do NOT PAY, they don't care and just breech people for no reason
If you don't believe it, pick up some popcorn ad watch their discord. This company is the most ridiculous fraud in the market and should be visited by authorities.

FCFF is now doing business as First Class Trading Solutions LTD with the Better Business Bureau.
Recommend everyone that was frauded to open a case with BBB.

Absolute fraud!
I have been with FCFF since the very beginning. I have seen them go from trying everything to retain existing clients, making up claims of how much money they have, lying about suing 8Cap for fraud when 8Cap cut ties with them over their fraudulent business practices, to now still running promos to try and steal people’s money.

These jokers opened a prop firm with the full intent to fraud customers.
If you have any questions about this guys, check out their Discord - where they no longer allow any members communications, all the reviews that state the will breach your account once you request a payout (which is absolutely the case with me) or the simple fact that once things started to catch up with them, they started another website (from .com to .co) to avoid bad reviews and now have two super negative trustpilot threads.
Do not do business with these guys!
If you have, I’d suggest contacting your bank immediately and charging back your fee.
I believe there is also a lawsuit against them started in NJ. The more people we can get onboard that, the better the chance we have of holding them accountable.

Just ditched my 200k account after 7 months of loyalty and issue after issue.

Stay away. Terrible conditions, 8 month withdrawals, stealing entire payouts. Terrible

500k live account since December 2022 , 2 withdrawal’s and none paid, now they told me I breach account but no reason .. support not answer . Don’t buy !!!

Rules that do not allow trading in a professional manner, changes in servers that later use as an excuse not to pay, lottery restrictions to trade instruments that they are "allowed", a 50% rule on the largest trade you have that is ridiculous, You can't leave a trade swing because apparently it's not convenient for them to earn money, I'm sure the live accounts are in simulated environments, never a payment of more than 2k dollars to those who supposedly paid them, because I didn't know the first one, people with more than 3 months of waiting for a payment of 500 usd... and so the list goes on.

Reglas que no permiten operar de manera profesional, cambios en servidores que después usan de excusa para no pagar, restricciones de lotaje para operar instrumentos que ellos tienen "permitido", una regla del 50% sobre el comercio más grande que tengas que es ridículo, un trade swing no podes dejar por que al parecer no les conviene que ganes guita, estoy seguro que las cuentas vidas estan en ambientes simulados, nunca un pago de mas de 2k dolares a los que supuestamente les pagaron, pues no conoci el primero, gente con mas de 3 meses de espera para un pago de 500 usd.. y asi la lista sigue.

This company is a complete 100% scam.
They are violating their contract and not paying people out who rightfully made money. They will violate, ban,close your account or simply refuse to pay out and ignore messages. Don’t know a single person who got paid out more than a couple hundred. Even to pay out a couple hundred, the process took 2-3 months. It’s horrible they should be shut down, sued and arrested for stealing peoples money…

I FEEL LIKE A ABSOLUTE MUG GOING WITH THIS COMPANY.

The most polite and constructive way I can think of to say this, is they are _completely incompetent_. They don't know anything about trading, technology, or business yet they are trying to run a technology company for traders. Processes that should have been automated before signing up the first account are still not automated, 6 months later. The rules change often, and without notice. They tell you it's required to check their website terms of service for changes rather than being an upstanding company and notifying people. Internal communication between people that can actually make a decision and the discord mods or chat support (only people you can actually talk to) is completely missing. "We grew too fast" is a common excuse. They have 40-100 days LEAD TIME between a customer signing up and first ability to request a payout. You knew how many customers you had for a full month before it was a problem. Guess they were more concerned counting the revenue rather than preparing to handle what they were paid to do... processing payments and customer support.

Me voy a tomar todo el tiempo del mundo en escribir este mensaje, ya que mi intencion es que no estafen a nadie mas en esta firma. Muchas de las personas que accedieron a comprar un desafio con ellos, nos costo mucho trabajo juntar el dinero para hacerlo. Y a estas personas no les importa. Tanto asi que te acusan de violaciones de reglas y no dan ni una sola explicacion de cual fue, cómo fue ni nada por estilo. Solo decretan que violaste una regla y asi sin mas se quedan tu dinero y que dios te ayude. Hablas con soporte, no te dan una explicacion, hablas con el chat live tampoco te dan solucion y esquivan las preguntas y motivos. Preguntas en Discord y te banean un dia, una semana o el tiempo que fuera por contar esto en la comunidad y pedir ayuda.
Y aca viene la parte mas linda, todos los que estan como moderadores, administradores y demas, estan confluenciados en todo esto. No permiten que digas ni hagas ninguna demostracion de que la empresa hace las cosas mal y no da explicaciones.
Tanto los dueños que figuran como estafadores Kyle, dando sus vivos y es todo mentira. ZoeyFCFF no tiene la mas minima idea de lo que habla y como funciona una empresa de fondeo y por uno preguntar el por que de algo,te banea. RedFFCF no te contesta un solo mensaje. Denkar923 es un pobre tipo que por ponerlo de moderador en la sala de Italia, se cree que tiene un cargo de super estrella y se la pasa coqueteando con Zoey cuando tiene oportunidad, consiganle una novia por favor! Y Mzna es el peor de todos estos ignorantes y estafadores en conjunto, te banea por una semana y te pide por privado que te quedes callado y acates las reglas de la firma, sino que te vayas, asi literal como lo leen. Voy a citar el comentario que me envio por privado para que vean la barbaridad que dice...

So this is my second review of First Class Forex Funds, seeing they have now started a second TrustPilot to try and improve their score, I feel I need to let people know who they are dealing with.

I have been with them for 4 months and things have only gone from bad to worse. I am unsure if it’s just a matter of incompetence or malicious behaviour, but regardless, this company is not to be trusted.

If you look at the reviews (also see the over 450, 1-star reviews on their other TrustPilot page) and you see there is so much consistency in the issues people raise that you have to think there is a lot of validity in what they saying.

Here is a summary of my experience and why this company is not to be trusted and you are more than likely to lose all your money if you buy anything from them.

- The information on their website is very misleading. Per their FAQ, all Trade Copier Tools are allowed – but if you use Social Trader Tools (which is one of the most common ones) their advice to you is your payout request is at risk of being denied. No other prop firm has any issues with Social Trader Tools.

- More misleading information on their website. Per their FAQ, 3rd party EAs are allowed as long as you have built your own set files. My payout was rejected, regardless that I have built my own EAs and shown them evidence of this.

- Payout approval guidelines are 10-15 business days. It took them 5 WEEKS to reply to my request only to let me know my payout was rejected.

- After they rejected my payout request, no evidence was provided on how they came to the conclusion. Only a generic mail was sent to everyone who was rejected. They refuse to provide concrete evidence of why they rejected my payout request.

- After 5 weeks, I received a mail from them that my payout was under review and 1 minute later a mail saying my payment request we rejected. I believe this speaks to lack of proper review that is done on payout requests.

- They change the terms of their plans after they have been purchased. Purchased a programme that specifically had weekend holding, suddenly they announce no weekend holding is allowed. They give traders almost no notice to react to this announcement.
One would expect that a change as significant as this would be communicated well in advance and emails would be sent to every trader, no email communication on this, I was just lucky to check in on Discord to get the news.

- They have recently migrated to an unregulated broker. This process has also been a disaster. The change was announced and traders were instructed to immediately stop trading and to close positions. If you were in Loss/Profit it didn’t matter you had to close them.
Their announcement informed traders that new accounts would be ready to trade for market open on Monday but this was delayed by 24 hours. I lost a significant amount of money due to not being able to trade (I shared evidence of this with them but they didn’t bother to reply).

- Online support were still not able to resolve any of my queries. It seems they have not received proper training on how to advise traders and you get inconsistent answers from different support staff.

- Their Discord is 90% of people asking why they are not getting paid and complaining about the way they are being treated. Because of this, moderators have recently decided to just delete comments that call out the FCFF issues. I understand this though as silencing people who raise legitimate concerns is easier than actually fixing the issues.

I spent a lot of money on this firm and had hoped I would have a long relationship with them, but my experience has overall been very negative and I don’t see them changing in future.
There is no point getting capital from them if you have to trade on egg shells in the hope you will get paid.
My advice, stick to reputable prop firms and don’t waste your time, money and energy with First Class Forex Funds.

Ive made a request on the 3rd of February.
Its now 24th and still pending.
Unable to get a response on the chat, but I still wanna believe in this project.
I'll go ahead and keep trying to get payed and then ill reajust my rating.
I hope I change this to 5 stars soon if situation gets sorted.

UPDATE 25-02

As expected, they rejected payment stating I have breach terms and conditions.
Surelly they do this as they do not have money to pay as no one is buying challenges anymore.
If no money comes in, no money can come out.

I have sent them an email demanding my payment as no breach was made on my part.
Looking foward for their answer :)

Again, if the payment is done, ill make sure to edit my review and give them a chance to show they are not scamming.

Update 28.02

As expected, they do not respond anymore.
At this points, its just obvious what this "compay" is doing.
As they are already flaged as fraud, no one is buyimore challenges, so, they do bot have money to pay our profits.

In conclusion, nothing but a scam, and not even a good one.
Just a bunch of thiefs that have created a platform to steal your money.
They remove everyone that puts them on the spot from their discord.
They have no Instagram, adress is fake and they use an IP scrambler to fake their position.
They have no CEO nor they have any support identified.
I hope no one else looses money with them and hopefully no one falls on their next scam. People like this keep creating this fake projects one after the other...

I will make it simple, for people who want to buy an account here with this company, the company gives discounts only to call new investors and when you manage to pass the evaluation phases and you pass the waiting time of 30 days, they make any excuse not to pay you saying that you copy traded someone else or that the robot you used is not suitable for them, or that you cannot withdraw the money whenever you want, or that you can only withdraw a thousandth part of the profits you have made and others. do not fall for this company as many have. read the comments and reviews of the people who are here. The good comments they see is because users seek to attract the attention of administrators to help them get their money. I was banned by the Admin @ZoeyFCFF for making my opinion known about the facts that occurred. They don't like that they speak badly because other people don't want to do it for fear of the same thing happening. I repeat... and my best advice friends... do not fall for this company... it is not worth a penny.

lo colocare simple, para las personas que quieran comprar una cuenta aqui con esta compania, la empresa da descuentos solo para llamar nuevos inversionistas y cuando logras pasar las fases de evalucion y pasas el tiempo de espera de 30 dias, sacan cualquier excusa para no pagarte diciendo que hiciste copytrade de otra persona o que el robot que usaste no es adecuado para ellos, o que no puedes sacar el dinero cuando quieras, o que solo puedes retirar una milesima parte de las ganancias que haz hecho y otras mas. no caigan en esta compania como muchos lo han hecho. lean los comentarios y los reviews de las personas que estan aqui. los buenos comentarios que ven es porque los usuarios buscan llamar la atencion de los administradores para que les ayuden a sacar su dinero. yo fui banneado por la Admin @ZoeyFCFF por dar a conocer mi opinion sobre los hechos que acontensen. no les gusta que hablen mal porque las demas personas no quieren hacerlo por miedo de que pase lo mismo. les repito... y mi mejor consejo amigos.. no caigan en esta compania.. no vale un misero centavo.
