Once again, fabulous service.
Our driver was ready and waiting at the airport, and at the hotel on our return transfer.
Very helpful, polite and speedy transfer.
Can't recommend them enough!! 5☆

For the third consecutive year, we used First Minute Travel for our travel between Lanzarote Airport and Playa Blanca. On every occasion, we have been met with very polite,friendly and helpful staff, in a spotlessly clean and smart vehicle, usually arriving earlier than the time booked, which we really appreciated

We wished to make a purchase at the local Spar before departing to the airport, but it wasn’t open as it was early morning, and the driver kindly offered to stop in at the petrol station on the way to the airport so that we could buy some water. Nothing appears to be too much trouble for this company, and we will definitely be booking with them for our next trip to beautiful Lanzarote

I sent several emails to arrange travel for 6 people with a quick stop-off at a supermarket for us to grab some essentials. I offered to pay extra for this, but was told I didn’t need to. After three emails back and forth with me checking that they were definitely ok with the stop-off, I went ahead and booked. I then got an email telling me that what I wanted wasn’t possible. I asked for a refund and was told one would be arranged. 14 days later I’m still waiting for the refund.
It’s just bad organisation and training. I wouldn’t use this company again, or recommend them to others.

The drivers are friendly and helpful. Queries are answered quickly. Dropped one star because the first driver was late.

Excellent service would highly recommend,they have been prompt on relying to our time changes 5☆ from us and will definitely be using them again when visiting lanzarote

We use first minute everytime we visit Lanzarote, sometimes 3 times a year. They have never let us down. Always there waiting at the airport, taking care of your case for you. And have always been prompt on pick up for return travel to the airport. Cannot fault them, never let me down yet. We have you booked again for our Lanzi trip in July 👍😎

He estado en la isla varias veces, pero esta vez con First Minute Travel ha sido un acierto total. Todo fue facilísimo de organizar y el equipo súper atento en todo momento. Los transfers, puntuales y comodísimos, con micros nuevos tipo VIP a un precio muy razonable, cero preocupaciones. Y las excursiones… ¡top! Me las ofrecieron al reservar el Transfer y fue un acierto total, muy bien organizadas y el guía Roland una maravilla. Se nota que cuidan los detalles y la experiencia. Sin duda repetiré y los recomiendo muchísimo.

I’ve used first minute travel for a lot of years and they’ve always been very friendly, reliable and fair price. They are waiting as soon as you land and park as close as they can, helping with suitcases if needed. They are also lovely people providing excellent 5 star customer service. Never had a problem they go out of their way to accommodate you. Very reliable and reasonable

Was waiting for us when we came out of the airport with our name on a placecard and arrived early to pick us up to take us back to the airport. Driver was helpfull with the luggage and friendly. This company is clearly at the top of their game for airport transfers in Lanzarote!!!!
