I would like to congratulate Katie the manager for her outstanding work ethic and professional manner received when dealing with her. Katie is a credit to Homeferris House and Firstport as nothing is ever a problem when she is called upon. We always find our experiences when staying at Homeferris exceptional and made even nicer by the clean guest room and friendly nature of all who live there.

Great service, one slight downside was that the engineers were delayed but there isn't much you can do about the traffic!! :)

This was the first time we had used First Point Logistics as we havent been able to send samples into EU since Brexit. The process was smooth and timely and Amanda in the office was on point with ensuring the shipment was tracked through to destination.
