Absolutely disgusting company. You wait on the phone for nearly an hour and when they do answer you do not get any help from them. I moved into our new property a year ago now and my husband and I and our Solicitors have been waiting for an updated Certificate of compliance to Satisfy the Land Registry this has been going on for a year now and still not received it . We have decided to sell our property as we do not want to pay this company anymore management fees after the way we have been treated. I would avoid anywhere where this company manages the grounds.

I have no words to describe this purportedly property management company and zero stars if possible would be more accurate. No escape from unfortunately but be prepared for inflated bills and incompetent accountancy that leads to additional bills from previous years which should surely be accounted for and if not the shortfall should be met by any reputable company. Consistent complaints remain unanswered even if escalated to senior management who obviously donât care.
Given any opportunity to change management provider I would not hesitate.

Absolute shit the charges go up constantly and recently I presume another Tennent must have raised an issue with billing and we received a 500 refund. The problem is when you look at the invoices they are so complicated to the average person that who knows if we are actually recieving what we are billed for. But either way extortionate. We were being billed for bird boxes in all for helping nature but Iâve never seen any. Unless thats a term used for something else.

This is my 31st review of FraudPort since April 2025, and I still haven't had any meaningful reply to any of our issues. Many of these reviews have replies to say that the company will respond, but here we are after 9 months and nothing has changed, no response has been provided. The replies on here are untrue, just like the constant lies from the staff.
We're preparing court papers to try and recoup some of our mismanaged funds. We're also in contact with Action Fraud.

As for our live in manager, Pauline, I cannot express in words the appreciation we all have for everything she does for us. What a joy
I have previously written a review on my experience of a Firstport development at Cooper Court of which I gave a 5 star review. My star rating having lived at Cooper Court for just over a year hasnât changed if I could increase it I would. I find this development and the service provider excellent. The manager here Pauline is second to none and nothing is too much trouble. We would be a ship without a rudder without her. Great people great development no complaints. Love it here.

Donât have anything to do with any property they âmanageâ. Hopelessly inefficient and unbusinesslike. Their Development and Area Managers are not even allowed to contact their bosses, if you can believe that. They profess to put the residents first and have their safety and comfort in mind at all times. However when I was attacked by another resident in which the Police were involved they were not in the least bit interested. Susie

Excellent experience at Emerald Court
The guest room at Emerald Court was clean, bright with a comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. The manager, Everaldo, went out of his way to make my stay as pleasant as possible and I could tell he runs a happy home by the way he interacts with all the residents. They are lucky to have such a polite, efficient and cheerful manager in Everaldo. Highly recommended.
Terrible CUSTOMER SERVICE
Place an order for 2 sweatshirts that were in stock as of the 19th have not received them. Sent a email to customer service and the reply I received was please be patient. And no one since from customer service has been in touch regarding my order.

14 day return policy is just not fun
14 day return policy is just not fun, and it left me hanging with an M too small, so I ordered a L, not realizing the return window passed. Nothing on their site is worth more than $80. The hoodies arenât $120 hoodies no matter the work put into it. Itâs a cheap look and feel.
