I called on 9-15-26 to report a pipe that leads to my furnance was leaking. On 9-16-26 I was sent the name of a company called Sure Plumbing. I called them and was told they did not work for you!! I called back on 9-17-26 and spoke with JESSIE again, explained I needed another technician and she gave me the name of Pipe Pro. Called and spoke with Joshua, he asks me to send him a picture of what was leaking. He then told me I needed an HVAC technician.
Called back on 9-18-26, spoke with NOAR, was told she would be sending out a person within 24 hours. Called back on by 9-21-26, spoke with CARMEN, she stated they were having trouble finding a technician in my area. She went on to say she would let me know something by the end of the day. Never heard back from her. I have called back twice, after speaking to CARMEN. I spoke to one very RUDE person who would not give me his name. He stated that it was being processed within 24-48 hours. I asked for a supervisor and was told there were no supervisor and hung up!!!
I called again on received the same treatment,no name given, said I would receive an email within 24 hours. RUDE
Called again this morning and was told I would have someone by the end of day, refused to give name.
I have never encountered such rude customer service in my life. I have even sent a email to ISAAC EDWARDS, who convinced me you all were such a great company. Of course he hasn’t answered!!Before my purchasing the warranty, he couldn’t stop emailing me. I have also tried calling him???
My previous company cost more, but I never had these problems. As they say,”you get what you pay for”,
I am sure half of these called were not recorded or if so I am the rude person.
I hope someone understands my frustration and get me some help because since my original call I have noticed other water!!!!

Don’t do business with this company. They promised a paper contract which hasn’t been produced in 6 weeks, even with repeated requests. Very hard to contact. I want to cancel the contract, but they are refusing.
If they won’t provide a paper contract that was promised what else will they not do that was promised

I don't know anything about this company because I have not received anything in the mail. I would like a copy of my warranty as soon as possible please.

This place is run by scramers, I just moved into my home and wasn't aware of the previous ower buying home warranty insurance so I called this place and talked to a man who never gave me his name ,so I called the realtor and told him I got home warranty from First Premier he told me I needed to get my money back so I started calling and they would not pick up the phone so I used my son's phone and a man answered and when I told him I wanted to cancel he hung up on me I had to call my bank and file.a dispute against them. This Company so called is a Scam

Actually, I have not had any dealings as of yet - in the process of the waiting period for now.

I tried phoning your company two weeks before I finally got someone to answer phone ( although I had one pickup and someone said a nasty remark and hung up).I cannot do business with a company like that . Therefore I am cancelling my contract . I needed help setting up the portal.

just days after signing up, i had questions no one returned my emails nor my many phone calls, i then left messages to cancel and refund my credit card no response! and never have spoken to a live person, i filed a complaint with my credit card company, i feel violated scammed! run from this company they are not real!

I have been assigned to three different technicians, #1 could not come to service my refrigerator until 9/30, #2 said he would call me later to get info and schedule, NOT, never heard from him again, I called #3 yesterday and he said he would have to get back to me after he had time to check his service requests and schedule. I have been waiting since 9/12 for service and am extremely displeased the lack of service!!

tried to call for help with a cancellation and could never get thru. continually hung up on wasted 1.5 hours of my time.
Then i sent and email to cancel and never got a response.

Are you kidding?? I've already instructed my bank to not honor this initial payment from two days ago. I have not even received a contract - nor is it online. So, the only way I can cancel is through my bank. And, what I've read about other people trying to get refunds or payments for services is also unlike what I was told by the agent! I have, since opting to change my service to First Premier, - discovered that they lied to me. They have not been in business 30 years and their customer reviews are abysmal! I guess you pay for what you get

HORRIBLE FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!! I WOULD GIVE LESS THAN 1 STAR. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!

4. CONTRACTORS THAT DON'T CALL OR SHOW UP
5. BILLING ERRORS
6. BREACH OF CONTRACT ISSUES

I've tried to cancel my service via email and by calling them on the phone. I no longer need the service and I'm still getting 💵 billed.

We have had our coverage for several months now and have not had a claim we could make a report for. We can report having a peace of mind.

I purchased your home warranty plan. Waited the required 30 days. Took a couple of weeks to finally get an appointment for the estimate. I assume the technician who did the Estimate sent over the quote.
I've called your office 4 times to find out status. Only to be hung up on all 4 times.
I am not happy with your service and will not recommend you to any one. I've already paid for 3 months with no communication with you.

Anetra was great, she was very nice to work with, she was very friendly and professional and very patient with me. I will recommend her to everyone I know looking for insurance needs.

This company is absolutely horrible!!! Look at the reviews the only 5 star goes to there salespeople who must be trained to mislead you! They offered me a $200 cash but out and the company they sent to my house told me they would charge $550 to take care of the repair!!! That is not what I was told when I took out the coverage! I was told if they can't fix it they will replace it if I took out the Platium plan which I did and they make you pay up front and in my case it was for two years and they gave me 4 additional months worth of coverage. They send your policy weeks later and by that time it's too late to stop payment and get a refund! Don't believe there response it's all BS! Come out and fix my problem you approved because I don't need a $200 cash settlement for a $550 repair from the company you hired to come out to inspect! If First Premier Home warranty wants to make good don't send me a settlement for a third of the price just fix it! You people probably have more law suits than you could probably handle. Send me my refund or just fix the problem!!!

Unreliable and bad customer service, very rude and unprofessional especially when it came to getting a refund straight loops and hoops.
A one star is being nice.

Pleasant signup process and was helped by Connor to get the best plan for my home. Hopefully I don’t need the service
