I’m given plenty of notice when it’s maturity time and they smoothly transfer into a new Bond each time. This is part of my pension and I’m looked after professionally.

Retirement fund

Maturity Saver Rate
I dislike that you offer a Maturity Saver which is set at the same rate that you offer new savers. In effect you are not offering your loyal customers any incentive to remain so.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback—we really value your perspective. I completely understand how it can feel like loyal customers aren’t being rewarded when the Maturity Saver rate matches the rate for new customers.
In 2024, after a full Fair Value Assessment of our savings products, we concluded it wouldn’t be fair to offer new customers a lower rate than existing customers. As a result, we now give everyone our best available rate, so both new and existing customers receive the same fair outcome.
We regularly review our rates to reflect market conditions, and we’re always happy to help you find the option that best fits your needs at maturity. If you’d like, please get in touch with our Savings Team and we can talk through your choices.
