Ordering not first time! Customer service doesn’t work at all! No answer on facebook, on mail, on instagram, WhatsApp, phone doesn’t work. Waiting for order almost 6 days! Not recommended at all

Not replying to any of my messages or emails. I can see they read it, but no reply back. Some reviews are saying they had health problems after consumption of their products. I wanted to find out if the products are checked by the UK quality and standards and where the products are actually coming from. Are all the safety procedures taken into the account? It is not a hard questions to answer if you are legitimate company with a good, fresh quality products and you can reassure your customers of the produce, quality and safety. Nothing, they are not replying to anything I asked them so far. Please be careful, as you don't know if they products are meeting the standards of the UK food standards.

The delivery and prices were fine.

However - after trying several of the products, immediately after delivery - they triggered my IBS and also caused a mild allergic reaction the following day. They did taste weird too, but I tried to swallow as I don't like wasting food.

What caused the allergy? I can't even tell you, because they DON'T LIST ALL INGREDIENTS. Which is - incredibly bad as a red flag. You literally can't check allergens, preservatives, chemicals - anything. Also - the storage instructions for the different products (I ordered multiple, about 7) - is all over the place, and straight up missing from one packet, PLUS - there are no dates anywhere about when the things were produced, 'Best by' dates, anything!

I'm going to be throwing the rest of the stuff out without even trying it. If it ruined my stomach and caused an allergy without even eating more than 2-3 pieces, I'm scared to try anything else OR offer it to others.

Luckily, again - it was cheap, so...not much of a financial loss. But beware.

First my parcel been send to wrong address, they send another one. But its been lost, after 2 weeks i reacived paper from royal mail saying i need to pay for delivery. Terns out they send it as letter, i dont even know how. So i payed, snacks was nice, except calmar, that definitely off((( but after i eat i have diarrhea for second day, so not so fresh after all. Highly not recommend.

They sent me the wrong product, and when I contacted them about it, I never heard back. They also changed the quality of their diced beef, which I didn't like. I mentioned in my email that it tasted different and was very greasy, and I just wanted to know if it was a permanent thing. Obviously, no reply. Horrible customer service. I was planning to order from them frequently because I liked their products(it was my second order), but this situation has changed everything. I didn't ask for a refund, I just needed some communication back, and yet they didn't provide that.

I liked the product, it was very tasty and fresh. I will order again.

I bought fish and calamari plates. The order was canceled and sent money back. Thanks god I paid through PayPal. They mark it as a fraud.

Always delivered on time, fresh and good quality meats and fish. Using them regularly.
The items re-posted even after some delivery issues (not sellers fault). Very pleased with this seller.

I placed an order and never received the goods. No updates, no explanation, and no support. Extremely poor service . Reported as Fraud to my bank

Made order with promissed delivery within 2 days. After 5 days tried to reachout but company phone number does not exist. They also have lots of adverts on socials. Be aware
