After looking back at the photos you shared, we wanted to clarify something on our end. The area in question appears to be a small piece of excess fabric from the cutting process — something that can sometimes happen with certain garment constructions. From the photos alone, it’s a bit difficult to confirm whether it’s a loose thread or an actual cut in the fabric.

If it’s possible for you to send a short video (just a few seconds), that would help us understand exactly what’s going on. Once we’re able to verify the issue, we will make sure it gets resolved for you right away — no delays, no runaround.

It truly means a lot to hear that you loved the other item you received, and we completely respect your decision if you’d rather not order from us again. But if you’re open to it, we will really appreciate the chance to make things right.
