Peace of mind knowing I can find my dog if she gets loose.

Changed from a Fitbark to a Fitbark GPS had a few issues with battery life which was all my fault. Contacted Fitbark customer support and I can honestly it is the best support I have ever had…queries answered and issues sorted in minutes…many thanks

Fitbark is an amazing tool to keep track of my dog's health and show trends. I've been trying to increase her exercise since the app shows she doesn't get a lot compared to similar dogs her age. I've definitely changed our activities since using the app for a few weeks I think for the better!

FitBark is fantastic!! What started out as me just wanting peace of mind just in case our lab puppy,[ who sometimes has selective hearing… and loves everyone and everything]… got out of our yard- we could track him. My love for FitBark has grown, I love the reminders that Andy needs his activity, the distance he’s walked and the hours he has rested- are all fantastic features. Having been a Fitbit user for the past decade + I love tracking and reaching goals that I have set. Knowing Andy has goals too 😉 just motivates me even further!!

I knew that Paulie was an active pup,being a Malinois and only 3 yrs old. But the Fitbark showed me how REALLY active he is!! He puts me to shame!! And it's so easy to use. He doesn't know he's wearing it. Customer service is very helpful if you do have a problem. I'm recommending this product to my friends.

Brilliant device, gives reliable feedback on sleep, calories and steps, I highly recommend this. Very reasonably priced too. I love knowing how my dog does everyday. How well she sleeps, if shes had enough exercise. Awesome, all on an app on my phone.

Their customer service is fast and attentive, and very helpful and understanding I’ve been using the FitBark on my little dog who is an escape artist for two years now the one time that she got out and got picked up, I was at animal control before they even had her there, they didn’t even know I have peace of mind, knowing exactly where my dog is and being notified every time she leaves her boundary I highly recommend it

I purchased the fit bark 2 because I'm just interested in knowing how far my dog is running, how she's sleeping and there's no subscription required with the fit bark 2 it's only an activity tracker. It's just reassuring to know she's sleeping and sleeping well and she's getting lots of exercise and that she's doing great. I guess I'm more curious than ever and I only do about a quarter of the steps that she does but it will help me keep better track of my dog's health so that things deviate from the norm I know that maybe it's time to take her into the Vet. It's a great product and very reasonably priced. It was shipped really fast with tracking and arrived in about a week. Highly recommend

In reading some of these negative reviews... I can't help but think some is "operator" error....

I have two, 3-year-old, male Silver Labs. I can say whole-heartedly that the battery life is "outstanding"!! It lasts for months. In addition, we live in Florida, and the pups are in the pool daily.... and NEVER an issue (like other trackers that stopped working.)

The accuracy I find to be fantastic. The way they layer the details of information for you is just "awesome". You can view a lot of the information by the hour, day, week, month etc. The more I poked (literally screen tapping) around the app the more little unique features I saw were included... eg. Distance Calibration for your pup.

The Customer Support is OUTSTANDING and second to none. I for the first time, did have a problem with the app not refreshing the data in a while. I messaged them through the app and within 3 minutes my issue was being worked on. They asked me to send some data links for them to review. I did a few things they asked on my end, and they resolved my issue. And in addition, they sent software to stop this from happening in the future. Working great!

They have measures in place that allow me to monitor my dog's calories and set Activity Points so that I can continually get him working towards losing weight. He has Addison's Disease and one of his meds puts weight on him.

This FitBark has been a "life-saver"...AND... a "game-changer" for KonaBear and I.

I like Fitbark because I can always find out where my dog is even when I'm at work.

I love the tracking ability and the health information.

I highly recommend the non-GPS collar modification. I finally feel like I can see realistic data on how my beloved pupper is doing, and it costs nothing monthly. I greatly appreciate the company's honesty and believe that they put care into designing this product. In the future I may upgrade if my finances do.

We’ve had our FitBark for nearly two months and it’s far exceeded our expectations. The battery hasn’t needed charging so far which is terrific. It records our dog’s sleep, activity and exercise flawlessly. The unit is small and fits unobtrusively on her collar - also, the customer service (helping us get used to it) has been the best - they quickly answer any questions and have been so helpful. I only wish we’d gotten this great little product earlier.

Great product and fantastic customer service. Very happy with the purchase and helps my dog hugely true - our walks have got a lot longer!

Can’t complain about the customer service It’s 24/7 but …that just means they will do anything to string you along to not go over the 30 days return period
when I first raised battery issues i.e battery flat after 1 week or less in the beginning
There’s a barrage of IT assistance but no fix to the issue - it’s never ending - do this/ try this.,.
I have 2 dogs and sent 1 FitBark back in the beginning and received a new one but still no fix

Keep I mind no refund after 30 days even if it’s not your issue

We got this just to see how much our Irish terrier runs all day long. The device is very small, fits on her collar and gives us information on her activity and sleep. (The one we have is not a location tracker - requires no subscription.) Customer support is really amazing - quick and thorough. It’s been foolproof so far (2 weeks use) and fun to have.

I have been a FitBark customer since March 23, 2017. I have had all 3 FitBark units, used by 2 dogs. The units and the app is progressively getting better, as more functionality is built in. I love using FitBark, previously with an elderly dog, and currently with a high energy puppy. The customer service is fantastic, they are always thriving to figure out any solutions to a problem I encounter. FitBark gives me the peace of mind I need now and in the past. Thank you

Very good at tracking me, not my dog. I had a Fitbark gps for week now. It’s never managed to track my dog unless I was next to him.I couldn’t track him when he went out with his dog walker. I contacted their customer service.
They were fairly responsive at first. They asked me to let them know when I went on a walk, asked me to turn off my Bluetooth and stay out of the safe zone so they could collect data and assess the issue. They told me they were looking into it and would come back to me but didn’t. I contacted them again and they told me they’d be in touch.
I’m pretty sure the tracker they sent me is faulty. I struggle to charge it. I have used a standard Fitbark (no gps) for 5 years. It isn’t easy to charge but I’ve always managed. Not this time.
I’ve also noticed a lag in getting activity information. It wasn’t the case with the old model.
I’m really annoyed and want to return it and get a full refund. I’m waiting to hear from them.

I had a tractive for my outdoor stray cat, and I loved it but the battery only lasted a day. So I got fitbark for extended battery, and I didn’t get any better battery life, it is not tracking very good, and goes offline, so I will be getting rid of the fitbark and will deal with less battery on a far superior device with the tractive. There is no comparison on how much better tractive was than fitbark….
