I’ve been using FitBudd and I absolutely love it. The platform is very easy to use and keeps everything organized in one place, from workout programs to client tracking and communication. It has made my coaching process much more efficient and professional.

Very good listener in customer service

Brilliant, app, structure and service, but does seem to have frequent issues and glitches which aren't always sorted in a timely manner which can effect clients experience on the coaching side.

I was in search for something like this for such a long time! The thing that I liked the most about Fitbudd is that it's totally non confusing, so easy to use. I had no problem setting my website up, helping my clients download my app and even if I had a issue, their support team was so responsive. Also they have this library of workouts and Ai workout builder. Everything like super helpful including their support team.

As a personal trainer for over a decade I wanted to stay up to date with a mobile app. I tried fitbudd and instantly saw the poor quality of the platform, lack of professional videos and trouble co reacting support. After canceling my account I’ve been getting harassing emails to pay an outstanding balance from over 3 years ago. Ridiculous.

Not business-friendly. We tried Fitbudd but lost a week because level 1 support couldn’t explain why a key feature wasn’t available during the trial. Support was slow due to overseas delays, and when we asked for a refund or more test time, they flatly refused. Rigid billing, poor customer-first thinking. Not recommended for serious businesses.

I tried a demo once a year ago and it wasn't for me but a year later and they're still calling me multiple times a month even after I've tried to opt out from their communications multiple times...

Despite persistent efforts spanning over four years, Fitbdd has continually failed to honor my request for data deletion. Regrettably, their response remains non-compliant even to this day. Shockingly, my attempts to engage with them have resulted in my Instagram account being blocked in a blatant attempt to coerce subscription retention.

Fitbdd employs persuasive tactics to allure potential subscribers, yet post-subscription, their responsiveness dramatically diminishes, leaving inquiries unanswered and concerns unaddressed. This pattern of behavior reflects a concerning lack of commitment to customer satisfaction and transparency.

In terms of pricing, investing in one's own application appears to be a more viable option than risking subscription entrapment with Fitbdd. The absence of timely and adequate support further underscores the disparity between their promises and actual service delivery.

Moreover, the protracted delay in removing my information from the Google Business Cloud only compounds my dissatisfaction with Fitbdd's handling of personal data.

In conclusion, my experience with Fitbdd has been profoundly disappointing and I unequivocally advise against engaging with their services. It is imperative for consumers to be wary of such practices that undermine their rights and expectations.

Up and coming app for sure! This app will be the future of hybrid personal training, streamlined exercise on a budget and high quality content that streams passive income to the Fitness industry!
