Your company came highly recomended , the web site and ordering very good. phone communication very good. What has tainted the service is the courior service. Fedex they are hopeless waited in all day for delivery, got a txt at 4.30 saying wrong address returned to depot. Having paid for next day delivery for a vital piece of equipment.

Brilliant. Actually ordered just jerry cans instead of saltwater. Wayne sorted out another the delivery for me & correct volume for aquarium.
Highly recommend this company.
Will definitely be spending more of my cash with them as a new marine reef hobbyists.

I inquired about ordering some RO water and got responses quickly via email. Had an issue while ordering, but that was resolved quickly upon alerting them to the issue. Water arrived the following day, delivered to my doorstep and was as pure as they had promised.

Ordered three pieces of dry reef rock…
Ordered three pieces of dry reef rock which I thought would all be of similar size instead received one and two smaller ones half the size.

Sorry to hear of this, as the rock comes in all different weights we put pieces together that we have in stock to make up the weight you requested... If you did not specify to us that you wanted all pieces same size then we send a mixture as some people want different sizes to form different aquascapes... Some customers also want just one big single piece ... So you see every order is different... You are welcome to return your rock and swap it out for different pieces just contact us and we can sort this out for you...

Super speedy service and had the product in stock, Nyos PhytoMaxx, unlike another store which claimed stock, sat on the order for a few days, then refunded. Have been in the shop previously, until career changed and very helpful there to.
