Very poor customer service. They do not answer the customer service phone. I paid for delivery and ended up having to pick up the items before Christmas (I ordered online on the 15th). Horrible experience. Highly recommend going elsewhere.
I bought a functional trainer from Fitness Avenue, Toronto, Ontario, Canada on January 8, 2025
Fitness Avenue upsold me to a machine at twice the price using an etransfer of funds
Fitness Avenue could not deliver so I cancelled the order, asked for a refund which was confirmed
A bogus document was sent by email claiming that a refund was made to my bank, not done, having checked by internet enquiries and in person today at my bank,
Many emails later, up until today, January 31, I am being given the runaround with no refund in sight, and, replies are being sent by an "AI bot agent" as found in that bot's email stream
Do not purchase online if you want any type of support. Order after a week sits in unfulfilled status. Every correspondence avenue is a bot as they don’t answer phone. Emails are automated and chat goes unanswered.
Product looked fantastic, shipping was high but expected, but the promise of actually shipping never happened. Now I await a refund through automated circles… we’ll see
