Best Decision Ever
Finding and working with FMA is easily the best decision I have made for my business...and LIFE. Besides their A+ marketing campaigns and team, I have also been introduced to other professionals that have boosted my business to a place I never thought I would be.
To give some background, I started working with FMA in May of 2020. Right about when the pandemic hit and shut us down. I was working a full time job in a completely different industry (making a lot of money but not at all happy) and trying desperately to make fitness my sole career. In one of the calls, Ben assured me I would be quitting that job within 12 months. Did I believe it at the time... NOT AT ALL haha.. BUT something in me told me to trust the process.. just like we say to our fitness clients, right?
So fast forward, 12 months from that phone call and I was writing my resignation letter to my boss at my full time job (14 year career!). Now that was almost 6 months ago, and I could not be happier.
Some other review mentioned a bad experience, but I find that hard to believe. Are these guys perfect? No. But are you or I? Absolutely not. Any time I had even a remote concern (maybe once or twice in 18 months), everyone on the team took it seriously, all the way to resolution. Is it worth it overall to join, YES. For the risk adverse version of me almost 2 years ago to put my faith in these guys to teach me the way, I would only hope that you are reading this with every intention to start ASAP, so GOOD LUCK!

I’ve been an FMA client for over 4 years now, and have seen their service, results and client experience increase over this time. You get support with Facebook ads, email marketing, direct mail and offline interval events to run for your clients, and there’s always new resources for you to implement into your business.

I have recently hired somebody to work in our marketing department, and the FMA members platform has been a really useful resource for training my new marketing assistant.

The masterminds are amazing events, in awesome locations and the recently rolled-out ‘Sales Boot camp’ was incredibly useful for both myself and my sales-person.

One of the most beneficial things about fitness marketing agency is that, as your business and your team grows, their service and their resources to support that growth increases also. I had been researching FMA for quite some time before I signed up and should have pulled the trigger sooner. I knew we needed a new marketing strategy when my leads started to dry up. Despite being proficient in Facebook marketing my ads just weren't hitting the mark. What I like about FMA is the combination of video marketing, seasonal campaigns, excellent copywriting and top quality video scripts, combined with sales scripts and sales training. The team build great sales funnels and are super responsive with support when needed. If you don't succeed using FMA it's your own fault. If you're struggling with your sales and marketing and stalling on business growth then give the team at FMA a call.

Like most fitness businesses, I've had some horrific experiences with 'expert' marketers. So I was dubious to say the least when I first signed up with the FMA. I have been with FMA now for just over 4 months and my only regret is that I'd not found them earlier.
My objective for joining FMA was simple, I needed a way to get consistent leads into my business.
Since joining I have had over 200 leads which have helped us smash our financial targets.
On top of this, the real benefit has been the learning, I'm actually developing a clear long term strategy not just for sales and marketing but the entire business.
It's still early days but my business is getting stronger month by month. The stress relief from this alone means it has been money well spent.

I joined FMA when reopening after covid 19 lockdown. It is safe to say the gym would be closed if it wasn't for my initial 90 days with them. They increased my membership base and monthly income by 50 plus percent. I then stupidly took a break but got back on when I realised how much of an impact they have and I simply cannot do it without them.

The team are fantastic and always so quick in responding to anything I need. I would recommend any gym owner to give this a go and you won't look back.

We've been working with FMA for a while now and it's been a game changer. If you want to gain more members with effective marketing strategies you have got to get in touch with them ASAP :-)

It's been disastrous from the start.

From the initial sales call, I made it clear that I was currently getting leads at £7-8. My main reason for considering FMA was I wanted that cost per lead to be lower. They said on the sales call that they could easily do that... If they weren't able to achieve that then they'd switch the ad off immediately.

They built my initial funnel and said I was good to go. This is where everything started to go wrong. I'm an online coach. They set the whole thing up as if I was a local gym. They got the length of my programme wrong and a few other mistakes on the funnel. When I pointed it out, it's like I was being an inconvenience to them.

The ad started running, and the cost per lead was £22.50!!! It's one of the worse ads I've ever seen, let alone from a marketing company. It was a complete waste of time and money, and completely slowed my business down to a stand still.

When I raised the issue that the results were terrible, along with the other issues, I received an email from them with a video. The video was one of their staff members pointing out that everything I said was wrong and was basically attacking me for it. What he didn't realise is that other staff had been in contact with me and fixed it a week before, which was proven by previous emails. He took more time in looking at my website and what I was doing, instead of looking at the rubbish FMA were producing for nearly £3k.

All I got after that was, "this isn't normal FMA practices". All they keep saying is, "you have to trust us".

There has been no game plan or anything laid out about how to rectify this. Nothing offered back in return, not even a promise of better results.

They can get leads outside of London for cheap, but anyone can. It's simple. The real test of marketing companies is to get leads in competitive areas, and at £22.50, they showed their real level.

And after all this, they won't offer any refund, just that I have to trust them.

This whole period, I've been getting leads for £4-5, whilst they're at £22.50.

If your business is based in London, I'd go with one of the genuine players out there, or you might just get done the same way I did. Save yourself £3000!

Before joining FMA our business was coasting with no direction and no scaleability. FMA helped us refocus, build our brand, improve our sales pipeline, streamline our marketing, connect with likeminded business owners and pushed us in the direction we always wanted to go in.
