Called in to Fitshop Aberdeen to have a look at their treadmills. All the staff were really helpful and friendly. Dom talked us through the pros and cons of the various models. We then purchased one and returned to Shetland to wait delivery. The following morning I was showing a work collegue the treadmill we had purchased and noticed that overnight the price had dropped by £250. I contacted Fitshop to cancel my order and re-order at the cheaper price but Fitshop just offered to give me a refund of the price difference.

Fera was very helpful

I had an amazing experience shopping for my new kettle bell, and Fera was a huge help throughout. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and made the whole process so much easier.

I recently purchased the Life Fitness E3 Elliptical Trainer with the Track Connect 2.0 console and have been really impressed with the overall buying experience and customer service from Fit Shop.

A special mention to Callum from the Aberdeen store, who took the time to explain the ordering process and guide me through the purchase from start to finish. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and made everything straightforward and stress-free.

Albeit I have still to receive the E3, comparing it to the similar E1 in the shop, it looks like a premium piece of equipment; the build quality looks excellent, and reviews claim that it's exceptionally smooth and quiet in operation, so my expectation is that it will genuinely feel like a piece of commercial gym equipment brought into the home.

Fingers crossed that the movement is comfortable and natural, making workouts enjoyable while still being effective.

After plenty research, I chose to future proof the E3 with a Track Connect 2.0 console with a clear display and useful connectivity features that make tracking workouts simple.

Overall, I’m extremely happy with the purchase and feel it’s a long-term investment rather than just another fitness machine to fill a space.

Very Reliable . Top class service and product

Initial experience, a few years ago, was excellent at the Aberdeen shop. Indeed, I posted complementary feedback online at the time. Friendly, helpful staff, and over time we bought several pieces of kit - rowing machine, multigym, and treadmill. The problem, however, has been with subsequent communication when things go wrong. Initially, we had problems with a malfunctioning treadmill within a few years of purchase (accepting it wasn't under warranty at that time, but it seems the only solution was paying for a new motor and fitting it ourselves). This involved multiple conversations with their central Scottish office. The most recent issue is that we paid money for a cable pulley repair on our multigym. This has never been actioned. I've made multiple calls/emails to both Aberdeen (call back promised but never materialised) and their central Scottish office (either for a repair or refund), and I eventually gave up. I accept it was a complex order (buying and setting up a rowing machine and also moving our multigym), but each time I contact the FitShop team, they seem perplexed, promise action, but then radio silence. Buyer beware.

Ordered a fitness bike small discrepancy on price but Alisha dealt with it promptly and to my satisfaction would recommend

They were helpful and informative and the machine I ordered, a bodymax MXT40 M2 Incline Step Trainer, is fantastic. The rotary motion it has is fabulous and it is zero impact so it does no damage to my knees and it is a more natural walking motion than an elliptical cross trainer machine .

The arm levers provide a good amount of movement with no pain in my previously damaged shoulder. 26 years later there is still stiffness there but this machine will definitely help.

I have just seen my physiotherapist and shown him this exercise machine and he is very impressed and complementary of it.

Bought a Versys Bob punchbag. There were two issues, one with delivery and the second with a part missing for the bag. Both of the issues were outside of the control of the company however they contacted the courier and managed to get next day delivery. The company contacted the the punch bag manufacturer and a replacement part was shipped from Germany. I can't fault this company, very polite when I rang them. Excellent service,

Purchased a pulley machine and different accessories, very happy with the quality of the machine and accessories, great service from fit shop, will continue to use for more products

Do not purchase any products from this business, I’ve spent over £10k over the past few years with them, lately I’ve purchased a lower cost item (£58) that hasn’t been delivered and FITShop do not want to help in anyway, even though they’ve taken full payment. This business is not professional and shouldn’t be trading. Absolutely shocking behaviours.

Great service! Equipment arrived really quick and was easy to assemble!

I was looking for a cable crossover machine to fit a home gym. I'd seen a few but the reason I went with fit shop was the customer service. They answered all my questions quickly, kept patient with the stupid questions (!), and it all came at a great price.
Delivery was quick and easy, and I've been back for more items as a result.

I was advised to get an exercise bike by my back consultant and did not know what model to buy .
i had pick one but Chris but me right and selected a suitable model for me. i am 80 and have lower back lumber stenosis , i am now using to build up my strength. Thank you Chris for stopping me making a very costly mistake

Absolutely rubbish company. Dont waste your money. Go somewhere else. They wont even give you a delivery date. Its all false.
I am sorry that I bought a product from them. You wont get response to anything. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY

One person in particular - Nathan at Fitshop - stands out for me. He has been outstandingly helpful throughout. Being unused to exercise bikes, I had a delicate derrière problem and ordered the recommended padded seat. Turns out that it was the incorrect size. As this was not my fault, it could have been irritating but Nathan got on the case with a collection, then a delivery of the larger size, which fits beautifully and is much more comfortable.
The products are top quality, the bike installation service is excellent and the customer service, first rate.

Nathan assisted me without any hassle and offered an immediate replacement of the missing item.
Excellent service!
