I ordered 6 bottles for over $300. And my bill says I paid 147$ from a company BUY GOODS ? Over two months ago and I still havnt received the package! There is a post office strike so this could explain why I havnt received the product. When I tried to contact them there is no link to call customer service! And so I googled them and there’s multiple websites claiming to be fitspresso! So I just read these reviews and sadly see I’ve be scammed! It’s my fault for not researching more about them. My desperation for loosing weight made me so gear to believe in too good to be true. It said money back guarantee so I thought I had nothing to loose! Gotta say that they r good! They even had a long video about shipping taking so long so they pushed to order all at once! Damb! They got me! And I can’t dispute them on my bank end. I’ll call them anyway. Ive just watched the long drawn out video and was about to buy when I saw the reviews, total scam thank goodness I googled trust pilot for reviews.

I watched the long drawn out video because I saw Kelly Clarkson swearing by this product and saying it’s how she lost weight. She said that she drank her coffee and “added some items she had in her kitchen”. Well heck yes, I can do that. NOT. I should have known I would have to buy pills that may or may not be safe for everyone. Beware folks.

I was in the middle of ordering for the first time hadn’t even got a chance to enter my card number and a representative called and tried to give me a better offer. He was very pushy. asked him to put on do not call list. Thank you proceeded to say that purchase didn’t go through so for the second time I replied I have put my card information. Of course the payment will not go through.

I almost fell for this scam. Was in the middle of filling out the order when "Amy from customer service" called me (THREE times) because they "noticed" my order didn't go through. I didn't even enter my credit card details yet, just my phone number and already they're calling me to help me order. I immediately got skeptical about a company that is that "desperate" and looked up reviews and found Trustpilot. Thank God! I have now seen that I almost made a huge mistake. Thank you Trustpilot! And yes, the positive reviews sound so fake and pushy - nobody honest sounds like that when they're making a review.

How can so many wonderful people like Oprah, Adele and Jennifer Aniston promote this product!!

I almost bought this product, and I am very glad I didn't waste my money, time or health.

Well, time to add one more negative review calling this company out for what it is: complete BS, a scam!
In the 3 months I took these capsules I lost 12 pounds total! I don’t even think their pills had anything to do with that!
After a month I called them and said I was concerned because in the first 30 days I had not lost a single pound. I had a little more energy and slightly reduced appetite but I was gassy and bloated. They told me “ Don’t worry it can take longer with some people” and it can take 1-3 months for your body to absorb it since it’s “all natural”.
So I kept taking it for the next two months and again ended up only losing 12 pounds total! I texted them again expressing my disappointment and received a similar response, “since it’s all natural it can take 3-6 months” for your body to absorb”
I paid $159 for 3 bottles and yeah they kept sending random texts, trying to get me to pay More money for their coaching experience. When I started this process, the coaching experience was going to be $1200 then they were going to offer me an unbelievable deal and only charge me $900, two months into the process they were offering me an exceptional deal and only wanted me to pay $450 for the coaching!
Please save your money and STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM!

Beware buyers!!!! There are many fake reviews that are positive. After watching the 30 minute video and having to wait to the end sales pitch I decided to check out the product online. As mentioned by others, there are fake reviews, of course all positive even here, all the 5 star reviews mention the 180 money back gaurantee and sound the same, these are fake reviews posted right here! Shame on the lying business, you should be prosecuted for all the people that you ripped off, fortunately not me, thanks to the honest reviews warning others!!!!!!!!!!

This is truly sad. A company has to resort to fake reviews that are all so clearly not from real users is just sad. You have a standard template. Each review, same format- it's so easy, I lost xx amount in xx amount of months, didn't have to change my diet, 180- day guarantee made me decide to try, whoever wants to lose weight, buy it. Very sad indeed. There is a saying: if it sounds too good to be true, it is. Not it probably is, it is. This company should really be ashamed of the total crock they are selling. But I know they aren't, because as long as you have desperate, overweight people, you will have suckers to scam out of buttloads of money. SMH

Also, you need to pay me. You said three minutes. Shame on me for that, I guess. Also, shame on Instagram. Do better.

Horrible customer service, I have cancelled this service several times, sent back the bottles as told and still no refund, and now I can't get anywhere on phone or support email.
Looks like Scam for sure, but mark my words, the better business bureau will be contacted and if I don't receive my refund back a lawyer will be contacted

I was genuinely intrigued by the weight-loss video “Fit Espresso.” I watched it from start to finish and it was so convincing that I nearly ordered six bottles. However, I trusted my instincts and decided to do some research first, reading consumer reviews. It quickly became clear that it seemed too good to be true. I’m grateful for those honest reviews; they really made a difference.

I didn't buy the product thanks to the HONEST reviews. I hate that I wasted my time on the video. It was so bad. If this can be done with "common household products" then why not just tell us what to use. Frustrating. And the positive reviews all sound the same, like a sales pitch (and I'm in sales!). I hate companies that play on peoples weaknesses for profit.

Was going to try until I read the reviews. It seems like the positive reviews are all worded almost the same. Pretty suspect if you ask me. Decided not to waste my money.

Customer service SUCKS! PRODUCT SUCKS! DO NOT BUY!! I am in a battle with them to get a refund on the 9 bottle upgrade I purchased with the original 3 bottle option. They told me in an email 4 days ago and a month ago that these 9 bottles were under a 'lifetime guarantee' I have the emails to prove it. I sent the 9 bottles back, they say 'our system' won't allow us to refund as the original 3 bottles are past the 180 day money back guarantee. Then they told me because I paid by PAYPAL they could not refund. Then they told me to call my bank and PayPal for a charge back, neither will do that is Fitspresso responsibility to issue the refund. So they have my unused bottles AND my refund. I asked to speak to the CEO or someone from the executive team to cut be a check if their system is glitching, they said 'our CEO doesn't speak to the customers"!! What are we, chopped liver?? I forced the rep to send an email to the executive team,she could not think of that for herself. I was practically problem solving for her. She said 'we can't, we don't, our policy says, there's nothing we can do' 20-30 times! They have promised to get back to me in 24-48 hours, if they have no solution by then I will be taking them to small claims court. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST

I haven’t tried it and won’t. It’s to shady. If it were me and the product was that good you should send out the first 30 day supply for free, just charge shipping and handling. If it really works they would be begging to buy it at $60.00 for 30 days, and would be telling everyone. Just my thought!

I signed up for a phone call to talk about how to take them effectively. And I thought, a free diet plan. All they wanted to do was sell me the info. I don't even have the product yet. I am going to try them since I already paid for them. But this left a bad taste in my mouth about the product. We will see.
