I bought 2 straps, neither of which will stay attached to my devices. I sent the straps back using Royal Mail tracked and they are saying they have not received them even though they have been delivered. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, they are completely ignoring your rights as a consumer

Nothing premium about it. Just a font for AliExpress.

Absolute scam!

Ordered on the 4th of Feb. My order has travelled all over the world but still hasn't arrived to me.

Are not responding to emails or contact forms on their website.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

35 days and no delivery

No connection to FitBit at all!
Another dodgy Chinese Company.
Paid for my order which stated 4-9 business days. Wasn’t dispatched very quickly at all and no chance for 4-9 business days when they hang on and don’t dispatch - no communication despite asking.
It’s been 11 days already and was dispatched ‘apparently’ 7 ‘business’ days after order so the 4-9 days is clearly a myth.
Interested to see if they ever arrive and the quality - I don’t hold much hope.
Wish I’d came here first!

Waited weeks for the strap to arrive, and then it broke within 10 days of it actually arriving.
Absolutely USELESS SCAM OF A COMPANY

Product broke after a few months and they never replied to my messages about this. Don't buy from them!

Item never showed up. I think this company is fake be careful when using them

I ordered a watch strap at the end of November, after checking shipping times which is 4-9 days. Almost a month later and the strap still hasn't arrived. After emailing the company, I was told to wait a few more days, but tracking still isn't moving, and as nice as the email was, I'm starting to get the feeling that my strap won't arrive and I'll have to shop elsewhere...

The 15th of November I ordered a strap and it's now the 6th of December and nothing has come through. The tracking code doesn't work and doesn't provide any information of were the package is. The website says it's up to 9 working days. Wasn't after a complaint when they emailed me to say it was 15 working days after shipping. None of it it's true, AVOID AND DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I ordered 2 fitbit straps from Fitstraps.com on 17th November 2023, thinking they were a UK company with the same name, the British based company are at .co.uk instead of .com
Two weeks have gone by and Fitstraps.com have failed to reply to my email asking where my straps have got to. The tracking seems to suggest they are stuck in Belgium on their way from China. I had no idea I was purchasing from China! The tracking came to a standstill on 29/11/23 and hasn't updates since, that was about 60hours ago.
The company don't bother to contact me and I have given them another 48 hours to get this sorted or I will ask my credit card company to claw back the money!

Ordered a Google Pixel strap twice. First order was cancelled with no communication. Second order was cancelled due to not stock but the product is still on sale on their website.
