Sostituzione di un prodotto in garanzia , customer care ottimo, velocissimi a risolvere il problema

Ho avuto un problema con dei tubi essendo in garanzia sono stato al negozio dove li avevo comprati e mi hanno dato delle tempistiche lunghe per risolvere il problema. Scrivendo al castomer fitt hanno risolto il problema immediatamente sostituendomi subito gli articoli. Professionali e molto celeri.

Excellent service and solution offered as my Fitt Yo-Yo Go burst. I would have rated 5 star had it not taken a couple of weeks from making contact to get a response.

Ho comprato 2 tubi innaffiatori allungabili, in meno di 3 mesi si sono bucati senza nessuna causa, la gomma esterna che riveste il tubo è troppo debole e con l’uso quotidiano si deteriora e si spacca. Non lo consiglierei completamente

Excellent customer service, I had an issue after several years and they immediately got back to me to resolve the issue. Great products, amazing customer service and a very happy customer. I will defiantly be using Fitt products for many years to come.

Ho avuto un problema a distanza di quasi due anni dall'acquisto del tubo (scoppiato) che mi è stato prontamente sostituito.

Ho avuto un problema con una loro gomma da giardino. È stato sufficiente comunicare il lotto di produzione e rendere il prodotto per avere la rapida sostituzione. Comunicazione perfetta. Tornerò a comprare i loro prodotti!

I was really impressed with the way in which FITT dealt with a warranty issue ~ my hose developed a leak ~ and having provided the necessary evidence, I was sent a replacement within a week ~ really prompt customer service ~ excellent

The hoses are great until they leak, then it seems they a pretty much impossible to repair as suitable hose connectors aren't available. Not that I should be having this problem, as the hose comes with a 5 year warranty and this hose issue only 9 months old. I have tried calling and emailing them to zero effect. Clearly they have no interest in customer service or honouring their warranty. Sadly, I have three more of these hoses, whichever I now regret buying.

Hose purchased two years ago started leaking, had 5 year warranty and was advised by supplier to contact customer services at FITT. I emailed with details, they responded really quickly with some justifiable questions about usage etc and quickly confirmed that they would replace the product. A few days later replacement delivered - didnt have to return the faulty one and they included a couple of extra bits including a hose hanger and tap connector....very happy and great communication from FITT throughout

Bravo à eux après avoir expliquer mon problème celui ci a été résolu en 3 jours ??? Je les félicite d être à l écoute de leur client à ce point ??

Fitt hat defektes Teil unkompliziert innert kürzester Zeit in Garantie ersetzt. Die Verkaufsfirma in der Schweiz wollte nur 2 Jahre Garantie gewähren obschon auf der Verpackung 5 Jahre angegeben sind.

Molto soddisfatto del prodotto acquistato, yoyo, poi la soddisfazione si è ridimensionata per le diverse forature che il tubo ha subito ...... comunque, dopo 2 acquisti, considerato quanto inizialmente detto ne avrei acquistato un terzo. La serietà di una ditta si vede da come segue i clienti, la garanzia di 5 anni e la rapidità per sostituire il prodotto deteriorato ne è sinonimo. RingraziandoVi cordialmente saluto
