Ho provato il prodotto FITT IKON estensibile fino a 15 mt. Lo uso per irrigare le mie piante vicino all'entrata e sul terrazzo. Veramente ottimo, leggero, non si aggroviglia, l'estensione è reale.
Inoltre per il giardino uso FITT FORCE da 1/2" mt. 30. E' veramente maneggevole. Ti segue nel percorso, anche lei, senza aggrovigliarsi. Leggera paragonata ad altri comuni tubi per irrigare. Ogni confezione è compresa di raccordi e pistole/diffusori per l'acqua. Le consiglio vivamente.

I got the FITT Force hose and it's probably one of the best garden hoses I've used so far. Came nicely packed and the build quality feels really good. It does a much better job expanding and then releasing all the water once you're done, making it much easier to store away without having to wait too long for the water to drain. The fittings this came with also feels robust and the design of the hand spray is pretty unique and well thought out. I've already received compliments from others in my circle that are looking to go with FITT for their next hose.

Customer support also seems to be very responsive as I had a question regarding a potential hose reel and they were quick to suggest some great ideas. Thanks Sofia!

Overall, great product and company.

I had a defective spray gun on a hose I purchased from this company. The whole system was sold with a five year guarantee. I contacted the company because of this problem and received an email reply extremely promptly, and learnt that the replacement part was being shipped from Italy the following day. Very prompt and dedicated customer service which should be an example to other companies.

Ottimo servizio clienti. Ho avuto problemi con il tubo yoyo me lo hanno cambiato senza alcuna spesa. Ringrazio in particolare la Sig. Sofia che con la sua gentilezza ha espletato la pratica di sostituzione in poco tempo.Ditta seria la consiglio a tutti gli amanti del giardinaggio.

My emailed enquiry as to buying a new part for my YOYO hose was answered within 24 hours. Sadly the part is not available at present in the UK but an alternative was suggested. I advise FITT to benefit by making all parts more available thereby giving themselves additional income.

I could recommend these guys enough. An expensive garden hose pray gun started to leak and they dispatched one from Italy as replacement in a week. Excellent service.
